The entire facility was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff was great!!

Bed was really comfortable, great pillows.. very nice staff.. tall toilet!!!!!! Shower head had a bit too much pressure... AC was loud.

There was full bar in the lobby which was fine. They served breakfast for a fee but we are used to a Holiday Inn Express which has free breakfast and coffee in the lobby 24/7. There was a holiday inn express in the same parking lot so we would probably stay there next time. We had 3 washclothes and towels for 3 people for 3 days, the trash was never emptied for 3 days. If we needed to ask for room service everyday that should have been explained upon check in.

I liked how easy it was to check in. I also liked the breakfast facility that was in the front lobby. The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect.

Very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and courteous. The bistro was accommodating and offered free coffee refills. Wish they could have had a hot tub with the pool, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Shower could of been cleaner. No free breakfast you had to purchase. Pillows was way to soft otherwise nice place to stay. New carpets in halls and rooms.

Our room appeared clean. However, there were small ants crawling on the desk in our room when we checked in at about 10 at night. Upon checkout the next morning,I mentioned this to the desk attendant who appeared less than concerned. I killed about two dozen ants before retiring for the night.

I enjoyed the breakfast and cookies but the property just seems a bit run down, the smell is musky and the beds seem worn down.
