Modern and clean. Free breakfast and nice small fitness room.

My son and I stayed here while he played basketball. We had a double queen suite. It was handicap accessible which we did not need, but was really well equipped for someone who did need it. The room is big with a really nice large bathroom. The fridge was nice and cold and the amount of seating was good. The a/c is amazing!!! It was really hot and muggy outside, but it was really cold in our room. I had it on 73 and finally just ended up turning it off for a couple of hours because it was so cool in our room. The area where the hotel is located is so quiet and secluded, but a quick drive to many good places to eat and shop. The seclusion and quiet is wonderful when you are sleeping. We slept all night with no loud traffic noises. The laundry room was pretty warm, but I find most of them are in hotels. Washer and dryer worked great and were not overly expensive. The holder for the handheld shower in our room needed replaced. They had it rigged to not flop around, but that only worked if you were short. If you moved the holder up because you are tall, the shower head rotated around like crazy and sprayed water everywhere. I wish the curtains/blinds were better at blocking out the light at night. They sit on the outside of the window instead of inside, and that allowed a lot of light around the outside and kept the room lit up quite a bit for sleeping. Overall a very good place to stay with great staff and great location.

Great place to stay during a quick trip

Could have been cleaned better and the party room was rented out which was loud music for over 4 hours. Called several times asking the front desk to please have them turn the music down, it went past 11pm.

Room was so humid everything was wet

Everything was great, but the best part was the beds all they were like a cloud slept like a baby!!

Clean rooms good breakfast

Room was nice The roll in shower was a disaster. Flooded the bathroom and hallway. Because of its location and broken adjustment.

Second, the room was not in good condition. Specifically, the carpets were damp and musty to the point that when I set my suitcase on the floor, the odor of must a seeped into my clothing. It was impossible to remove without washing. While the bathroom looked clean, the decor that features, low lighting, a lot of grays and generally dank, and dated resign, coupled with the mustiness made the entire facility seemed dirty and unattractive.

Felt sorry for the one older lady working at the coffee stop in hall. Very busy for one person

Breakfast was good with decent variety.

Property needs to be closed until they get things back up to IHG standards. 2ft tall grass, dirt and dust everywhere. Staff is unprepared, lacking supplies, and knowledge of property. Avoid this property.

Very convenient location. Clean facility. Bed was too firm, and too high for me to get into it easily (I am 5'1" tall). The tub was very slick, and it would benefit from another grab bar in the shower.l

We were charged a $10 fee for incidentals after being told by front desk staff that there were no charges. I will be disputing this on my credit card.

Our stay was fine. The room was clean overall, but there were somethings that could have been better. The shower door didn’t close and the door seal was hanging off the glass which looked gross. The floor in the bathroom could have been cleaner as well as the dust buildup on the vanity. There was just in the corners of the main room that they clearly haven’t vacuumed in some time. Bed was comfortable and linens were fresh. Housekeeping didn’t replenish the coffee or make the bed. They also didn’t come daily. The staff did bring clean towels when I requested them due to the lack of housekeeping. The breakfast was good, Better than other hotels.

Breakfast was great parking was safe and easy had one staff member who gave us problems but the manager the next morning took care of our problems
