Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all!

We had no hot water throughout our whole stay.

Everything Double charged for room but what fixed. Took a while to fix.

It took more than 5 minutes to get hot water for my shower in the morning. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was luke warm. Food options were nearly empty.

Staff was great, breakfast was pretty good. The room had some minor things that needed attention in regards to maintenance and repair. Will definitely stay again.

We were given a handicap room which we did not need and so water got all over the bathroom floor. It was very expensive for 2 nights and all the extra taxes didn't help! The breakfast was not good. I think the shredded cheese I put on my eggs was bad.

We were in town for a softball tournament, traveling with little kids. I hand picked this hotel so the kids would be able to swim in our downtime. We arrived and the pool was closed all weekend. Front desk said we were welcome to use the pool at the hotel next door. Went there and it was not heated. It was 55 degrees out. I expected the cost of the room to be higher because of the indoor pool. I did not expect it to not be available. False advertising. And a refund, at least partial should be offered. Room was ok. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well, hair and dirt on the floor.

Sorry but elevator sounded like it needed a tune-up, kinda scary. Towel rack was off the wall in bathroom. Rubber mat for shower was nasty looking. Bathroom on lobby floor not available for guests.

Location and distance to the track The sink in the bathroom backed up. And there was a foul smell like a sewer was backing up outside.

Hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying there.

Elevator not working properly. Alarm went off and slow to open. We reported it but never fixed during our stay

Great breakfast. The ice machine was broke on our floor so had to go to another floor. Electric outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work.

Very unfriendly host during check in. Gave our room away that we had reserved weeks ahead of time. Ended up in the "extra emergency room" which had no tables, chairs, desks, missing lamps and fridge didn’t work. Definitely will not be returning!
