Great place to stay for the price clean rooms with WiFi and ac not much of a breakfast other than some snacks and coffee but a fantastic place for the price

Well kept. Clean. Allowed me in the room in a timely manner. Continental breakfast was a little skimpy, but I didn’t rely on it

SHEETS, TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS WERE STAINED. BED FELT LIKE A CONCRETE BLOCK. I LEFT AN HOUR AFTER I CHECKED IN.

Parking was easy. Room was a mess, from stains on the sheets and shower curtain to holes and loose faucet in the shower. Hair clumps in the tub. Had to clean before we used anything.

Staff is wonderful to me, easy check in, easy check out, always has been quiet overall great place to stay! The only negative thing i could probably say is lack of electricity outlets, and maybe that there is no access to Netflix or Amazon prime without a roku device

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t clean (hair all around the sink, stained sheets). It’s not a bad place to stay but I would recommend spending a little more for a higher quality hotel.

Poorly ran, they said continental breakfast which amounted to twinkies, cupcakes, and cereal wow!!! The plugs in room didn’t work, the place looked run down, and they only wanted money

Friendly staff, new-ish building, very clean. One of the better hotels under $100 that I've stayed at.

Check in was very easy and the staff very pleasant. We had a noisy fridge which we had to unplug to get some sleep.

Staff member was accommodating. No elevator

ONE OF THE rooms I secured was no longer "available" when we arrived; they had 1 of the rooms, not the 2nd room secured. They claimed they only had 1 room left, period. It was $200 more expensive than my original secured room, it was dirty, the staff were very rude, tried to say I was lying about my secured room, I showed them my booking, and they said it must have been a clerical mistake, I asked them to accommodate with the same rate, and they refused! Never will we stay there again!

I made reservations several days ahead of time and got a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Once I got to this hotel and went to check in, the staff told me that they had no record of my reservation and that all of their rooms were now booked. I provided them with all of my documentation, as well as proof that the money for the room had already posted to my credit card, but they continued to refuse me service and would not offer a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I'm optimistic I will get my money back, the whole experience was deeply frustrating. My theory is that since I did not get to the hotel until relatively late in the night, the staff ended up giving my room to another customer. If true, then the hotel was able to charge this room to two people, since they refused to give me my money back.

Late on overnight stay traveling north. Clean, comfy bed. Room served its purpose.

Didn’t stay. Rude lady at front desk advised me to check out, because I called stating that the room was filthy. She admitted to me that it was. Tied up my money for days for no reason. Pathetic

The hot tub was nasty there a ring around the tub had to clean it myself paid for suite breakfast what i expected it to be because I rented the rokm from hotel.com just very unwelcoming.
