It was a comfortable quiet stay

Asked front desk to not maid service room, they did it anyway the first day. Didnt the rest of my stay. Back stairwell to the building was absolutely filthy. They obviously never clean it. When I booked the room online, it said it was a two star room. That’s being generous. Cheap room, you get what you pay for….

Room was clean and air conditoning was great. The SMELL of SMOKE in the room was very strong. Property needs some TLC. No elevator.

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful No Breakfast, old uncomfortable bed, gap at bottom of door admitted bugs at night. Not worth the price
-
room was in terrible shape, electricity on the wall with the beds didn't work, no hand soap, no water pressure - really run down.

No problem at all… Great for the Derby
-
Air conditioner worked great, great room for the price. Friendly staff.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke and there was hair in the bath tub

I liked that it was walking distance from a Waffle House The rooms were very outdated. Not very clean. The walls were dirty, needs a paint job. The bathroom was dirty looking. The coffee maker was in there also?, not sure about that. The towels were hard.

Paid over $230 for an $80 hotel at best. We arrived at 5pm and our room still hadn’t been touched from the last guests. The front desk woman was very helpful and put us in a new room, however this one still wasn’t necessarily “clean”. Burn holes and stains in the bedding, cobwebs all over the ceilings, and dirty floors in addition to damaged walls, a broken tub drain (so you couldn’t bathe, only shower), and exposed wiring right at the head of the bed. If it wasn’t our only option within 35 miles and being on a time crunch, we absolutely wouldn’t have stayed. Don’t waste your money.

It was disgusting.... we booked to stay for Zach Bryan concert last night and we ONLY changed in the room because we were crunched for time, we did not stay here, it was horrible. The door was already open, smelled like an ash tray from 1960 and well... pictures attached for reference. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and walking into a "non-smoking" room, I couldn't even breathe. There is no way these "good reviews" are honest reviews. Very unhappy. *Given a star because you HAVE to in order to leave review.

It was a nice area. The room was not very clean. The top bedsheet on both beds were very stained.

-
The door had a gap in it
-
Clean room and air works
-
The parking was you okay but that AC heater unit thermostat was inoperative making the room very uncomfortable
-
Easy checking in
-
Location and Sarah the office staff was accommodating No functioning room phone, the outlet did not hold a plug and contracted bed bugs

WHAT I did NOT like is when I gave a BAD review for the Melrose Hotel in Dallas and it was not published for obvious reasons. I trust very little your reviews and?or your reason for conducting such. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. The in room coffee is just so so.
