First of all, there was no hot water in our room. Not one protein on the so called breakfast buffet. Couldn’t get a copy of the receipt as the power went out a half hour before we left. Day guy said he’d email one but never got it. Noisy location. We won’t be returning!

Older hotel. It was clean and affordable. The beds were extremely comfortable! Made the stay. Not a great breakfast but for that price it’s not a big deal.

The room was clean. The staff was professional and pleasant. It was close to the highway which was great as we needed to be at funeral services the evening of our check-in & the next morning. It was nice having a quick breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment was the tv was old & a little hard to work, but we weren’t in the room all that long to use the tv. I would stay there again.

Free breakfast, wish more fruits No swimming pool

Staff was incredibly rude & impartial to any reasoning. They charged me $20 for leaving at 11:45 when stated I had to be out by 12. Insane stay, will never book here again. Staffing was just top notch rude & ignorant, a shame.

No power at hotel.......

Not like in pictures online. Curtains ripped to shreds. Room haf bad smell. Power went out in the middle of the night. Remote and other things were nasty. Not cleaned. Etc

It was very clean staff was great breakfast was good. Location was great for where we had to go. Very close to downtown Nashville it was wonderful and everything was great in that place

Drew was fine. Plenty of towels bad for comfortable kind of a small TV but who cares. Staff was just fine no problems at all. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was available. I did not care for it but for the money this place is perfect.

The property was old and not maintained,the elevators were filthy, and they advertised a hot healthy breakfast and all that they really had was sausage, gravy and biscuits. There were no eggs or regular sausage and bacon.

Our room smelt like an ash tray even though the room was none smoking. The door lock on our room door was broken. Our sheets were dirty and I had to go ask twice for clean towels.

It was a good decent stay for the price

This was a really nice place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The parking lot and grounds had quite a bit of littler lying around, and the round metal plates on the floor in the hall were sticking up around the edges, making it challenging to navigate with wheeled luggage. It was almost the cheapest place we could find, at the last minute, so perhaps you get what you pay for. No regrets, but also no frills. We don't quite know why it was rated 8.4 in Expedia. We would likely rate it 6.5 or 7.

There is also a $100 deposit for your room which hotels.com. doesn't mention. Other than that, it's fine. Especially since its cheap.

Called the manager, she got agitated by the fact that I called her cell, instead of the semi-establishment Will not be ever going to stay with them and cannot recommend.

It was a good stay, the room was clean, the property was just run down a bit!

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Sun shade curtain was shredded and moisture from air conditioning had stained the remains. Faucet in sink was poorly assembled so that it took a little work to find the exact position for handle to shut off water flow. Shower drained clogged and took over 2 hours for it to drain down after I showered. Breakfast provided was acceptable, better than locations I had paid much more for a room, however similar to what I’ve had at a Super 8 hotel.

Bed was comfy ac worked great Water only ran hot. Toilet kept running for awhile after flushing
