Clean room. Friendly staff!

Room was clean. Property was clean. Easy access. Breakfast was delicious. Close to get back to the highway. Will definitely stay there again.

Would not walk in the door
-
check-in was OK parking is kind of poor for location to the door and then access to the second floor is awkward. Carpets are getting pretty dated breakfast was average location is good. I’d stay there again.

Was clean. Hot tub and pool could be a little warmer.

Staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Awesome Hot Tub .

Pretty quiet, very clean and the staff were friendly. Parking lot was well lit.

Breakfast was ok, staff was ok, room floor and tub floor were dirty. A/C was good. Had to take dirty towels down to front desk to exchange for cleans ones. Housekeeping only available every 3 days. No elevator, so carrying full cooler to 2nd floor was not easy. Will try another place next time.

Good breakfast. The lobby had some construction going on. It seemed like the front desk person might also be responsible for cleaning rooms?

Good location for interstate and downtown, looked revamped and brand new Nothing to complain about

The property was clean, quiet, convenient, and economical. It was walkable and a close drive to downtown areas. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Location, room, shower. Did not like that the price kept going up. Looked in the afternoon and it was ninety dollars but group had not made a decision as to what city we were staying in yet. Checked at dinner and price had gone up again. At check in it was even higher. Desk clerk said the price goes up if they are getting busy. Not a fan. It should cost what it costs.

Clean room and hot breakfast!

The hotel in general was close to the equestrian center that we had to travel to for soccer tournaments. The breakfast was good for hotel food the eggs were pretty watery but edible. The water pressure in the bathroom was good and the shower was clean. The beds were okay and there was plenty of room in the bedroom overall. I loved that the curtains closed out ALL the light from outside and the room stayed warm. The parking was adequate and it was nice there was a stoplight right next to the hotel so we could get in and out easily amd it was within walking distance to 2 gas statios. As soon as we walked into the hotel it reeked of cigarette smoke and was even worse down the halls but thankfully the bedroom itself did not smell bad. We did not use the pool or the jacuzzi because both were very small and there were a ton of kids in there at all times so we decided not to go down there. On a sode note fpr the bathroom, I really don't like having the sink outside of the bathroom, that's always a pain in the butt.

The check in process took sometime, get to are room and no remote, after calling down staff came up and could not resolve the issue, was told they would discount are room, which never happened, will be looking for a different hotel next time

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was a little tight and not a lot of spaces but it wasn't bad getting in and out.

Downsides: The room was hardwood floor, and thin walled, with a door to another room; therefore you could clearly hear the occupants next door. I ran the A/C or fan to drown out the neighbors. The main areas were dated decor, with carpets that didn't look vacuumed often. There was a sign in my room mentioning "eco" and rooms/linen wouldn be cleaned/changed after 3 days... after 5 days nothing was done to the room, and no new linen, until after I left the room. Staff: first 3 days the girl concierge seemed focused more on her phone (with headphones always in) than the customers, and the interaction seemed quickly rhymed off from a script. The last days a different attendant seemed a bit more attentive, but a running TV appeared to be his focus. A simple "good morning/hello" was only offered when I initiated it. All in all... if you need a place to stay, and you are only there to sleep and eat breakfast, this place addressed those needs comfortably. If you are looking for staff that make you feel warm & invited, it may not get top marks. The cheaper price of the room (based on other hotels in the area) reflected what I received in return... a stay that catered to the basics.
