Best Western Plus Sidney Lodge

Floor in room was very dirty and room overall needed updated due to peeling paint, old furniture and worn out bedframes.

Not sure why this hotel was rated as excellent. It was fine, but definitely not as nice as it sounded or looked in the pictures. The breakfast & seating area was very small & squishy if more than just a few people were there. The room had some kind of odor that we couldn’t ever pinpoint & the carpets in the hallways and our room seemed pretty dirty. We stayed in several hotels within the week & this one was the worst of them all.

Great rate and good location

The front desk staff we great. The bathroom in the room had molding shower area wallpaper and the vent was hanging on by a thread. The beds were pretty comfy, I'm a side sleeper and usually have problems with hotel beds. The breakfast: which started at 6am, while free had some issues. 1. Floors in eating area very dirty at 6am. 2. Not all food was available at 6am. 3. Waffle maker was dirty and I had to clean it before use. Walmart was close and some various fast foods.

Everything was great people friendly

Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. I am a huge ice water drinker. Only one ice machine which was on 1st floor at the endofthehallway. I'm possibly the only one this affected but I think providing ice and water shouldn't be so difficult. I see this in other hotel chains.

The price was decent, the kids enjoyed the pool, and a good variety of breakfast items.

Room is clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice. My children loved the Bison near the front desk. It was really a nice touch and made their day.

Convenient first floor room close to the entry door.

Comfortable, clean, safe Hot tub was too hot and I have very high tolerance

Good location by Cabelas. The big bison in the lobby is neat. Front desk girl acted like I was inconveniencing her when I walked up to the desk to check in.

Clean room

The staff was very friendly, location was great. Our room was quiet and clean. Free decent breakfast The facilities was in need of major repairs. Our room had torn curtains, damaged furniture and plumbing. The bathroom fan didn’t work.

The front desk was very nice and tried to help the first room smelled so bad we requested a different room the second room was better but still smelled bad. Maybe carpet cleaner or disinfectant. My daughter had to cover her nose. I slept with the sheet over my head opened the window.

Very friendly staff, great location from interstate and convince for eating and gas. Had no complaints

Nice place. I didn’t enjoy the coffee that was in the room, but not everyone has the same taste in coffee.

The personnel was friendly. I like that it’s close to the Cabela’s and to other restaurants and places that you can walk to and enjoy. I really like that decor. It needs some maintenance. It’s starting to look ran down.
