This hotel is gross. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken stuff all over the place. Sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was terrible. Overall a bad experience and not worth the money.

On the phone, and in person, the staff was rude and not helpful. I really do not think they want people to stay there. I actually did not stay, I tried to check in, was not able to, and ultimately, I did not return for the night. the annoyance from working team, the overall feel of the establishment.

Everything the door wouldn't shut on its own, the comforter had holes all over it. The smell in the room wasn't great it literally made you feel like you had to check for bed bugs, thankfully there wasn't any.
-
The pool needed to be cleaned, hot tub was good. Need to replace the sheets and pillow cases because they were torn. The cleaning staff left a dirty towel on the door of the bathroom. The property is very outdated and needs upgrades. Ok for a one night stay

Location needed a place to stop So dirty: pool was nasty and found 2 rusty nails in it, bathroom toilets were dirty, and the ac did not work.

Not clean bugs in the pool and bugs in the rooms

It's in desperate need to repairs. The door with the sign that said keep locked at all times didn't have a lock on it. Our room has a place for a smoke detector but there wasn't one. The carpet in our room ( 123) felt crunchy and gross and had several spots of something very sticky in it. The sheets had holes and the towels were threaded bare. The tub had some damage due to the hard water stains.

Bathroom was not clean , but the front desk person was really great! Her customer service was excellent!!

Rooms were clean and the hostess was very accomidating with my needs

The staff was friendly, but the whole hotel was poorly kept. Broken doors, unclean floors, ripped sheets and blankets, and a bed frame that stuck out. We all stubbed our toes multiple times.
-
Pool and hot tub were great. But…every sheet and pillow case had holes in them. Only half the light bulbs were present in fixtures. The room had no overhead light fixture, just wires hanging out of an hole. Side building door lock was nonexistent. Apparently a dryer issue, and lack of resource from owner to manager/staff issue are well known and documented. Hope they get new owners, facility could be easily updated.

Great customer service; all needs were met; thanks again, Kevin!

We checked in. Looked run down. We got in the room. There was hair all in the sheets. The bathroom smelled like a sewer and was dirty and grimey. We immediately left and went to another hotel. We weren't here more than 15 min.

Friendly staff
-
no smoke detector in room, scalding hot water [very dangerous temperature] dirty halls, the food was ok no locks on outside doors, wouldn't recommend especially for a female traveling alone [i am male]
-
Room was clean and quiet , staff was polite and helpful, the property could use some tlc kind of dated.

The staff were joyful and responsive. Checkin was fast. There were 2 things that could have been improved: when the woman who checked me in gave instructions to my room, she advised to pull around to the back of the building. We found out that in order to get to our room from the back of the building, we had to go up several stairs, across the platform, then down several stairs. If we had to park at the front of the building, there would have been no stairs at all and the same very short distance to our room. Also, the toilet was broken somehow. The front desk woman did come to look at it, but Murphy’s Law applied. It didn’t run while she was there, but did run every 10 minutes for the rest of the night. All in all, I would stay here again for a simple overnight halfway between my two homes.

We tried this hotel, because of the reviews, but we're sadly disappointed.
