It was good for an overnight stop along the highway.

The window curtain couldn’t be closed because of an air conditioner attachment. I couldn’t sleep, woking up every hour thinking it was time to get up because of the bright street lights outside. Parking lot lights and the bright neon hotel sign, all glaring in.

The room was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. I was impressed that they had tea available 24/7 in addition to coffee. Not many places do this yet we aren't all coffee drinkers.

We were moved to another room that had a portable A/C unit in it and we were told by the front desk that main A/C unit was in need of repairs. They also had a sign posted at check in notifying guests that they are not staffed overnight due to personnel shortages. I generally bypass Super 8 hotels as they are usually not in the best condition or the cleanest. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give them a chance. While the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating in moving us to another room with working A/C, it’s disappointing the need was there to begin with.

There was no staff at night and the front door was left unlocked. Outside was just weeds, a parking lot and a planter full of cigarette butts. Room needed sprucing. The bathroom sink was yellowed and counter was cracked. The A/C, elevator and TV worked. The 3rd floor ice machine didn’t.

They allow smoking in elevator . Could not believe how bad lobby and elevator smells of cigarette smoke

We had room with 2 double beds, I'm 5'8" and my feet hit the bottom of the bed, No hair dryer in our room. Of only the two wall lights, one was burnt out. No light by the bedside to read. I went to plug in my charger under the night stand and sparks came out. I did plug it on the desk. The plug in plate was not flush with the wall by at least an 1/8". The front desk attendant was never at the front desk. We waited for check in at least 5 minutes. Check out, again nobody there to voice our complaint. Breakfast was a joke, coffee empty, a muffin, that looked stale. Oh, and the toilet was plugged, with nobody at the front desk to ask for help.

Its the best super 8 I have stayed. Very very clean and comfortable. They had free breakfast too. Right place to stay when in sidney

Property was hard to get to. Looked like all enter a few were an after thought. Once in OK.
