Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great room was very clean and very roomy. Price was very reasonable. We had an excellent stay.

Great Stay!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very convenient with food and shopping close by and just a quick drive to NE. Breakfast had lots of options.

Door latch broken. Breakfast was good. Had a great time.

I was most disappointed that I paid extra for the Deluxe King room, and neither the fireplace or whirlpool tub worked - which was never mentioned to me at booking OR check-in. When I brought this up to the staff at check-out, all they had to say was “sorry, we will fix it soon”. They made no effort to compensate me or make it up in any way. I paid over $40 extra for two amenities that I didn’t even get to use, All of the toiletries were either completely empty or almost empty. There were also stains on the almost new carpet and couch, which tells me that they don’t clean those thoroughly, if it all. This is a fine hotel to stay in if you just need a place to rest your head for the night, but with how many hotels are around, you can almost certainly find a better hotel for the same price or cheaper.

Our 2 rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and parking is great.

The check-in process was very easy because of the staff's preparation ahead of time.

For me it is my half way point but I have stayed at other AmericInn hotels and have been pleased with them also. Rooms are clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Room smelled musty. There was what appeared to be coffee splattered on the bathroom door. Kids were reprimanded for jumping into the pool…Not diving, jumping, like all kids do. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The best at accommodating everyone

Breakfast was good and the food all prepared well and easy to help yourself. Staff was very friendly and helped us find a nice restraint for evening dining. Room was clean and a nice size bathroom.

Staff was great! Place was clean! Downside, we got a jacuzzi tub in our room...upon check-in we were informed the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We couldn't get it to work at all!!! Other than the jacuzzi issue we would stay again. We were there two days so it was a bit disappointing.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Facility was a little older but well maintained and clean.

The hotel is close to things to do. The inside and room need to be updated.

Ok place to stay for a night. Comfortable bed. Poor breakfast.
