The breakfast was good. I would not change the menu. The staff was great, the room was very big in size, but there was no heat. The temp that night got down into the 50’s and the room was cold, almost too cold to sleep, I asked for a blanket so that helped a bit.

Decaffeinated coffee would be expected, but none offered. Sink drain was broken and plugged. There was nowhere to fill a water nitrile nor any water in the DR for breakfast. The staff ran me some water from laundry room. Carpet was not vacuumed. No elevator for 2nd floor residents. Price of room was affordable.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Not sure why a kid was using my room and ushered out right in front of my eyes seconds before giving me my keys. They used the toilet and didn't flush, so in my mind, the room wasn't cleaned before I got there. Craziness!

Our hotel room had a smell to it. We tried turning down the air as I thought maybe the carpets had recently been cleaned. My husband said it was a musty smell. We both took allergy pills to assist our noses and sinuses. The room, bed, shower/bathroom all appeared clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The staff was nice. I did not state these problems to her. Not sure if this is the right place to state them. The room was quiet. I enjoyed the blackout curtains. Bed was comfortable. Coffee from the dining area was good. They offer coffee at all hours. This is a nice amenity.

The check in was great however the room needed some repairs like the toilet seat was broken the bathroom door was sticking and hard to open an the breakfast was out of food and coffee when we arrived to eat. We had to tell them the eggs,sausage and coffee were empty.

Would stay here again
