New Victorian Inn & Suites in Sioux City, IA

Very nice place to stay. Close to a lot of shopping resources such as Walmart and Sam's Club. Close to the Southern Hills Mall.

My room was clean with no aroma, yay! Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice, not just carbs. Coffee was hot. Went thru a 3rd party site and it was cheaper than the hotel's site

Clean room, simple but good continental breakfast. A few healthy choices but not a lot for me as a diabetic but was a coffee shop directly across the street that offered egg bites and sugar free coffee options. Close to several food options and a couple gas stations.

It was ok. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in the area. I went with this one due to having 9 star review. Carpet in hallway is very worn out. There is no pool. Breakfast was disappointing as you had to heat up your own eggs and meat. Only 1 kind of juice. No toast just bagels. The room was nice but the stucco wall is very tacky and reminded me of an old run down building. There was no coffee pot. The ac was actually quiet compared to other similar hotels which was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Close to restaurants 1. Close to active train track 2. Breakfast offerings were well below par 3. Above all the place is extremely noisy. This included very noisy/loud guests at all hours of the night, flushing toilets, showers, guests speaking/shouting in the parking lot, a noisy radiator and more.

Fabulous room! Clean, spacious, comfortable! This is the type of room I really love to stay in. Wish they were ALL like this one! Staff was wonderful to deal with. Really enjoyed my stay.

It’s perfect for a short stay; the beds are clean. Perfect for me.

I cancelled my reservation and they still charged me for the room even when it said free cancelation and they wouldn’t charge me till I checked in! Bunch of crooks! I would definitely stay clear from this one!! I suppose the 100 $ was worth not getting bed bugs though!

The location was great. The room needs a better design, not enough sitting room for two people. The breakfast area is being rebuilt and still not finished. The makeshift area is small. The food okay, coffee bad...no flavor. This was our second stay and might be the last.

Property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property was easily accessible from the interstate and was close to many eating establishments
