New Victorian Inn & Suites in Sioux City, IA

Room and property conditions were very good. Our problem was with someone shooting off firecracker. All night and noise in the hallway.

It was all good, no complaints.

Comfortable, clean, well-maintained and everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very friendly.

Room was a great size! Close to things we wanted to see. Breakfast was help yourself warm it up. Egg and cheese omelets, bacon and sausage you had to warm up yourself and I took the last egg and cheese omelet. I never saw it being replenished. Biscuits needed warmed up also.

Top notch stay for a couple of tired rodeo grandparents in the area to watch a competition. One thing worth mentioning is that there was a train that went through periodically which didn’t bother me but might someone else. There is a Scooters right there and a great bar and grill (4 Brothers) that we walked to. The clerk suggested it. The breakfast was good, the beds good, the pillows a bit hard. Our shower water pressure was superb! No complaints!

The room was pretty clean. I like how there’s no carpet. Corners and such could have been cleaner. Staff was nice. Pool is not operating. Breakfast was lackluster. Rooms are spacious with decent beds. For the price, it isn’t terrible and would stay again if I had to.

This is a place that was well worth the cost. the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the people were nice. I read someone didn't like the breakfast but I thought it was just fine. It eas all self service but east to get to and tasted good.

Room felt kinda damp as if AC had issue, but not bad enough to request room change. Greatly disliked front desk clerk verbally telling me room number n directions to room quite loudly. That is a major security concern that needs to be addressed with staff. There's no need to announce exactly where you're placing a guest and where to find them, to those waiting around you that could have iIl intent. Thankfully I was traveling with my husband this trip so I felt safe, but that might not be the case for others.

This was an incredible price and lovely space. Safe, clean, great water pressure. Nice helpful staff. Don’t let the low price fool you. This is a great value.

Checked in very late and staff was very nice and accommodating. Perfect stop for our cross country road trip.

Breakfast was good, but area was small for eating.

Liked the laminate flooring. Liked the presentation of the beds...clean. Beautiful and unexpected surprises and artistic flares. Parking is easy. Older elevator, Hallway carpet a bit dingy. Overall.... 7.

The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. I was even able to check in a couple of hours early. Well worth the price
