Room was clean , staff was very helpful

Everything was great. Extra towels as needed. Quiet for sleeping. Great food at breakfast and supper. Water was nice and hot for showers

I needed a pair a scissors for some tape, they had it on hand for me. The bed and pillows were so soft! I slept good! The restaurant was the only thing I would have a complaint about. There was not a lot to choose from, and the prices were a little higher than I expected.

I paid $300+ for a room for one night and there were French fries on the floor from the previous person and I did not have a working toilet. When I reported to the front desk, I was told they could do a maintenance request for the next day after I was gone?? If i wanted a place without indoor plumbing, i would have kept my $300 and went camping.

Location

The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better

Spacious welcome space and conference center. Clean and well stocked gym. Patio seating outside.

Place was clean One of the front desk ladies wasn’t very nice, didn’t act like she wanted to help us. Also didn’t like that you couldn’t have the AC on continuously and they have it so you can’t change that setting, so it got hot.

Everything was clean and staff was great Beds are a bit hard and one bed i questioned if the sheets really got changed so I slept in the other bed.

The breakfast bufary

Friendly staff and fancy. I used Booking.com and reserved a room for $116. But when the date got closer, they changed the price to $229 without authorization from me!!!

It was fairly clean. I woke up to maintenance staff hammering doors and making a ton of noise.

I was charged for breakfast, but told when I checked in we had to pay for it. We never ate there and I would like my 40$ back

It was very loud till 1AM. We barely got sleep as everyone was up banging around again by 5 AM. The pool was cold. I asked for a call from hotel and never got one. The least theh could do is give me half if not sll my money back. I wont be staying there again so a free sray wil do no good. I made a complaint and nothing was done. Just not a great experience for us. I had a child there too and she was not running and yelling down hallways at 11:30 pm. It apparently was srare wrestling of some sort so I guess they can do whatever all hours of the night it seemed.
