Towneplace Suites Sioux Falls South

I loved this stay. It was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. Great place to stay and I liked the kitchenette. They offer different appliances and seasonings we could use!

Quiet and clean

While the breakfast was minimal, the rest of the hotel was comfortable and lovely. Given how reasonable the price was, the room we stayed in surprised us -- it was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated pleasantly. We have added the chain to our list of first choices for when we travel.

Everyone was amazing. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful everyday. They make it there and everyday was something different with a lot of choices. With my daughter’s allergies she still always had so many choices for breakfast. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable and you rarely heard anyone else when in your room. The location was perfect for getting around town to other places ti visit family and friends. They also have a grill outside for anyone to use as well as the cooktop, microwave, and toaster inside. We will definitely be staying here again.

Some problems at check-in with technology issues and how the room was to be paid for. The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was pretty substantial, and the pool was clean as well.

The staff were great, especially the front desk. My husband loved have a well equipped gym to do his daily workout.

Great location not far from shopping and near a few nice restaurants. Breakfast was great. The area was well kept and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were absolutely fabulous and the breakfast wasn't a large spread, but it was tasty and a good way to start our day. The only unfortunate part about my stay was they had an a/c unit not functioning so another party was moved to the room I had reserved. Because it was reserved through Booking.com they had the right to give our room away to other guests. And because the room they had to move us to was a room that rented at a lower rate, they could not even refund the difference to us, so we paid a 2 room suite rate for a standard room. Very disappointing.

Staff Slippery floors and slippery shower

Air conditioning units are vey loud and smell musty. Shower door leaks and the shower step and shelf is in a poor spot. Impossible to shave your legs while under the water flow. The bed side tables lean out from the wall and the drawers slide open by themselves. A simple wedge support would fix that. Please tell your cleaning crew. To read the door handle signs. They knocked on our door at 0900 to ask if we wanted housekeeping? Yet, check out is at 1100. This made us feel rushed. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was not. Burnt strong is not our flavor of choice.

Breakfast was just okay.

The property was clean and neat. The room was clean and felt comfortable. The breakfast was cold and unappealing. We went down the first morning and skipped the next morning.

The room was clean and quiet. The couch cushions were not comfortable at all. We were disappointed that breakfast ended at 9:30 on the weekend. That's pretty early compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Breakfast was great, Loved the sandwich choice. bed and room comfy. Nice hot shower. only issue was sheets didn't stay on bed so had to get up in middle of night and fix them.
