Nice location and property

The room was clean, pool area clean and accessible. Breakfast could’ve been better but overall great stay.

Wish the water bottles were complimentary

Suite, unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working in that room and they didn’t have any other available so they put us in a regular room. It wasn’t the staffs fault, but it was annoying that we paid for a king suite and didn’t get any discount or anything for staying in a regular room

The pool was not vented or something was up with the chlorine levels. It made my grandkids cough and eyes red. Most of all the smell was unbearable.

We checked in around bedtime and our king suite was clean and gave us a great amount of space. The sofa bed was one of the more substantive sofa beds we have had at hotels. Breakfast was plentiful and there was plenty of seating. While we didn’t use the pool this time, it was great on other occasions we’ve stayed at the property. The front desk manager was wonderful and was handling many different guests and problems with professionalism and kindness.

Nice hotel loved it

This is consistently the best place in Sioux Falls. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent Breakfast. Nothing off the charts amazing, but no glaring weaknesses either. I recommend

Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Close to Avera clinics. Check out staff was busy visiting with each other, while we waited.
