Just an outstanding place to stay!

It was clean and the employees at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms felt cold; nothing to do on rainy days; no real hospitality; prices for coffee were ridiculous.

Our family travels a lot, and I have never posted a review before, but I felt entirely compelled to do so for this resort. There is simply no other way to say it: this resort is a traveller’s dream. Everything was absolute perfection. First, the resort itself is simply beautiful, set in a gorgeous location. The restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. From the very generous size to the beautifully thought-out décor, every detail was so well done. It was truly dreamy. The property itself is fantastic. The pool, multiple hot tubs, fire pits, and even the little golf course make it the kind of place where you never want to leave. Every part of the resort felt special. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

Nice place to stay. Pickle courts are layed out strange but playable. The restaurant was great one night and average the second night. Great young staff. Also, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes… very strange.

We enjoyed our stay. We were on our way to drop our daughter at Syracuse and spent two nights here. We had breakfast here and the food was excellent. the hotel is very close to the downtown area and the lake. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and putting green areas in the evenings too. We will stay here again! Everything is brand new.

One suggestion is to give directions to room and chat a bit about amenities and location. We were just handed our room cards with no explanations.

This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room.

Overall the location, hotel, room, amenities, restaurant, pool service and incredible attention to detail, was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Exceptional

This is a brand new property and it is first class all around. The restaurant has wonderful food that is field to table. There is a shuttle available to take guests into town and bring them back. We would definitely go back again.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming and the amenities were really cool. One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at with things on site to do included with your stay.
