The staff explained that the smell was coming from outside air being pulled in through the ventilation system and mentioned that they had used room spray to cover it. However, the issue was not resolved. The smoke smell caused severe breathing discomfort, and I was unable to sleep throughout the night. Due to the condition of the room, I had to check out early in the morning. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as I specifically booked a non-smoking room and the accommodation did not meet the expected standard.

I left an item room and called same day to get it. Tim was rented out again but no lost and found, no housekeeping and no help from anyone. Pitiful, either they are thieves or they just don't care about anyone's items. I get it, the clientele looks like street people so they probably throw everybody stuff in the trash. Sonny is the manager and he not doing the best job. This was a simple issue that clearly inconvenienced everyone up there.

truly as a mom it wasn't clean hair in bathroom floor behind door made you want to shower with your water shoes. the outside needed trash picked up. Needs more attention inside and out.

Girl at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Room was not very clean. Hair on the floor from the last guests.

Older property, with some long-term stays. The room was clean, but nothing fancy. Location not the greatest. No complaints, but nothing to brag about either.

Staff was nice. However the lady in the parking lot outside her room doing the fent fold was a sight for me and my children to see. Alerted the guy at the front desk and he didn’t seem bothered at all.
