Breakfastt was lacking

First room had a broken mattress so they switched us without any issues. Second room, the beds were fine and clean but the bathroom was old, dirty and I wish we could have left and stayed somewhere else. But it was late and we only needed to sleep and leave in the morning.

Clean Third floor hallway smelled like an uncleaned bathroom.

Staff was very helpful

The room was comfortable but the hotel itself can use some upgrades. It is still a good place for the value.

The staff in the room was okay I have no problems with that. But the spa area and pool was oversaturated with chlorine I literally got sick after that. My eyes was watering so bad because of it.

Nothing. Sewer smell in bathroom! Blood on the bathroom counter and a hair in the eggs. Our bathroom smelled like sewage and my husband saw blood on the bathroom shelf. I always query reviews with words like 'bed', 'clean', etc. I NEVER thought I would need to query smell of sewer! The clerk that checked us in said this was their last room so we could not change rooms. We left the hotel at 6:30 AM the next morning and had to drive 12 hours home to Texas and I was nauseous the entire way. I was horrified that a hotel could operate with this issue. I am considering contacting the City for inspection because this is VERY unsanitary!

I enjoyed my stay. We had a stained towel and they only give two regular size towel for 2 adults. We had only a 1/2 roll toilet paper for 3 nights and 2 adults.

The elevator floor was sticky and smelled of alcohol. The room itself was clean. I liked the makeup remover towelette. The soap container in the shower was almost out and hard to pump out for my shower. The bedding had a bad odor. I only was able to interact with the desk clerk who was friendly.

The agent, Reggie worked with Mr because I can’t take elevators- he accommodated me the best that he could- I appreciated that…. Loved loved loved the cleanliness of the room- I can’t stand a dirty room- the bathroom smelled freshly cleaned and the sheets showed no bed bugs(I have a wand that detects)- the inside jacuzzi and pool were the best- great parking- definitely booking again when I want to travel to New Orleans

The cleaning supervisor was not helpful and did not keep her word. I would like to have enough towels in my room for my family in the future.

For starters the tap water had a yellowish pee tent color to it. The beds were super low to the ground and were hard. Pillows were tiny. Ac unit rattled and vibrated the floor which in turn vibrated the beds because they were basically on the floor. The whole second floor had a musty damp smell to it. The in door pool should have been listed as an ice bath. It was to cold to even stay in to swim in.
