Superb

The hotel and staff were super sweet and helpful. The room was a great size and super nice. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a musky odor from the carpet and the bright light on the back of the building that made it look sunny outside even with the curtains closed. Super quiet. So much parking and close and convenient to everything. Would def stay again!

Everything was good at first . Had driven 9 hours to get there .Had to get up early to go to New Orleans We tried going to sleep but there was such a loud noise the walls vibrated, I called from desk she said there’s a party going on the floor above our heads and would last until 11:00 . I explained we had booked months ago and why didn’t they put us on opposite side of the hotel so we could rest but nothing .Party went on until after 11. So much for getting to sleep early.

The room was moldy, I had to leave early because I was getting effects from the mold. They still charged me for an additional night's stay. Horrible experience. Additionally my co-worker's room had mold too, we both left.

Room was clean, love the location, staff is helpful and friendly. Had stayed here the previous year and came back due to positive past experiences. Had prepaid for the room and when we checked in had to do a 50$ deposit which was held due to possible damages. Wish I was aware before hand because that cut into our spending money. It did end up back in my account the day after we made it home.

The carpet smelled like pee. So upgrading to a solid floor would fix the problem. The vending machines have Pepsi but I’m always prepared with drinks. But rooms were nice and comfortable. We only had one remote for two TVs and there was no usb plug but we would consider staying again if carpet is removed.

What impressed us most was how the staff handles unexpected hiccups. Due to a minor room mix-up during our travel time, our original room was no longer available. The staff stepped up immediately, made alternative arrangements without skipping a beat, and provided a discount for the inconvenience. Because of the room change, we needed to request a roll-away bed. After a long 10-hour road trip with three kids, we were blown away to walk into our new room and find the extra bed already delivered, fully set up, and made with clean linens. That thoughtful touch was an absolute lifesaver for tired parents! Another huge highlight for our family was the amenities. They have a really nice indoor pool and a super hot hot tub that was so relaxing. On rainy days, the pool area provided endless entertainment for the kids and saved the day! The rest of our stay was just as seamless. The rooms were spotless, the entire team was incredibly friendly and eager to help, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and continuously restocked throughout the morning. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Location Dead roaches on the floor. At least they were dead! Motel had a body odor smell.
