I stay here often. I’m usually very pleased. This last time there was stains in the carpet. The room smelled of cigarettes.

The room was musty, not clean to the normal standard and the breakfast was lacking for I’m use to at a Wyndham Hotel. The staff were pleasant. I probably will not stay at this location again due to the above.

First room had a broken mattress so they switched us without any issues. Second room, the beds were fine and clean but the bathroom was old, dirty and I wish we could have left and stayed somewhere else. But it was late and we only needed to sleep and leave in the morning.

The room was comfortable but the hotel itself can use some upgrades. It is still a good place for the value.

The staff in the room was okay I have no problems with that. But the spa area and pool was oversaturated with chlorine I literally got sick after that. My eyes was watering so bad because of it.

I enjoyed my stay. We had a stained towel and they only give two regular size towel for 2 adults. We had only a 1/2 roll toilet paper for 3 nights and 2 adults.

The elevator floor was sticky and smelled of alcohol. The room itself was clean. I liked the makeup remover towelette. The soap container in the shower was almost out and hard to pump out for my shower. The bedding had a bad odor. I only was able to interact with the desk clerk who was friendly.

The agent, Reggie worked with Mr because I can’t take elevators- he accommodated me the best that he could- I appreciated that…. Loved loved loved the cleanliness of the room- I can’t stand a dirty room- the bathroom smelled freshly cleaned and the sheets showed no bed bugs(I have a wand that detects)- the inside jacuzzi and pool were the best- great parking- definitely booking again when I want to travel to New Orleans
