Good location Elevator is scary, dogs barking on our floor was very bad. Phone didn’t work in our room.

Room was very clean. Staff friendly. The elevator may need some servicing. It was jerking. That was alarming.

Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on the carpet. Otherwise pretty comfy stay.

very convenient location to travel from hotel to the cruise port in New Orleans. Breakfast was nice: plentiful and appealing. Ryan, at the front desk, was very helpful.

Enjoy the second stay first day I couldn't eat the pork The way the carpet was in my room it was unacceptable for this chain Hampton Inn wore down not clean I never seen carpet look that bad before

My wife is blind and the staff were very accomidating just wish we could have had a first floor room but my fault I did not ask. Breakfast area was tight with people in wheelchairs and other guest getting around but breakfast was great and all was good.
