The stay was amazing, Trinity gave us great customer service at arrival and following morning. The night employee April not so much, it was a hassle to get extra towels, we had to go get the old towels and bring them back down to get new towels and she asked for our room number. Will still recommend!!

Beautiful, well-appointed suites. Everything was spotless. Traveled with 3 children and it was comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was good and the area was well kept and supplied. Friendly staff.

Very clean, staff was friendly! Beds were comfy! Nothing. Not suggestion is more healthy breakfast choices!

There is a definite smell when you enter the property. Our tv didn't work and had to move rooms. Breakfast was not desirable and that was disappointing as we always try to stay somewhere with breakfast included.

This hotel was wonderful. My kids and I are originally from CA and we had travelled to MO to see my eldest graduate from the Army. This hotel was a stop on our way home (visiting family in Slidell) and stayed 2 nights. Price was reasonable. Hotel was kind of located by itself, but there was a strip mall close by with several stores and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could have been better. It's the first hotel ever that didn't have a waffle Maker it's either that or a pancake maker but this hotel lack both. The choices for kids to eat wasn't good

Our stay was really good. The only thing! E We were told on Monday afternoon Check In, that Breakfast was served from 7amtil 9:30am. NOT that weekdays Breakfast ended at 9am! The Desk Clerk told us wrong, and that really put on damper on our start of the day, because, I had a 1 and a 3yr old, that was up late because of Graduation, so , we wanted to let them sleep in a minute, and didn't make it down until 9. We were too late. We were misinformed

Great place to stay. My only complaint is that the rooms dont have enough light in them. Also, the walls are thin so whenever someone closed their room door it was loud and sound like it was right next to us.
