The room was pitiful The bathroom smell like pee and the water smell like poop. There was mold in our bathroom tub and because of that we’re not able to take a shower. The rug was disgusting so we kept our shoes on. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

no elevator to 2nd floor rooms , ice bucket in room, no ice in hallways ,

Wasn’t well maintained and we had to change rules because of the heating system malfunctioning. Staff wasn’t readily available.

Could have been a cleaner room.

I like this hotel because it’s very wooded with nice landscaping with plenty of room for my dogs. Also plentiful parking which was helpful because we had a small utility trailer. The room was ok and bedding was clean. Nice hot shower. Very attentive housekeeping. The hotel management was nice. The breakfast was fair.

The person setting up the breakfast should have dressed better. Not a pair of sweat pants with holes and a flannel hoody.

I have stayed here before with out an issue. Not the best hotel in the area however Rooms are clean and breakfast is convenient. Close to College and other popular areas. However this last stay there was unsavory people hanging around, people smoking outside, and one person randomly trying doors to see if open when he clearly did not have a key. I tried to inform front desk but could not find an employee. First time I did not feel comfortable. I called them after check out and reported the incident. Hopefully they look into it and address it

I didn’t like anything. After paying thru affirm upon arrival to the hotel ( that looked like a motel) we were required to pay an extra $150- deposit . After checkout they denied us a receipt. I just needed something that proof that we had checked out but like I said they denied my husband and I a checkout receipt.now almost 19 hours after check out and we have not received the deposit back into my account. Hope they give back today…………….. Also the security is a complete fraud. We had helped in a move a was hauling a small trailer; and in the morning found the door of the trailer wide open. If we had being carrying something someone would have stoled it. Bottom line this place I would never rent again!!!!!!!!!!!

The facility appears dated however the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Didn’t like having a 150.00 damage deposit and the room next to us had a dog that would not stop barking. I had to call the front desk to complain
