Clean room, nice person in the staff

We didn’t have face towels on arrival ( but asked a maid and she gave us two ) . Was surprised that the floor was carpet ( could you imagine whats living in them ) , I didn’t know that the hotel allowed dogs, until I saw a few , so more reason not to have carpet in the rooms , ( don’t get me wrong, I do like dogs but hotel rooms should be for people and not pets? ) , In general I think the hotel is due for some renovations

I travel to Providence to visit my son in college and I always reserve this hotel! The staff is friendly and very helpful!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok, but would have been better if it was warmer. The shower didn’t have good pressure. The outside grounds were full of tall and unsightly weeds.

Nice place but they need to put alarm clock in room.

The property was clean. The rooms were large, comfortable and was new looking. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I stayed 3 nights for this trip.

The property is situated in a nice area. It is tucked away from the heavily traveled roadway. The staff were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. Large breakfast area. Breakfast was satisfactory. The pool area a bit small. Overall nice experience.

The room was clean, well maintained and very roomy. The breakfast was good and they had coffee out all day long in the lobby. The Front Desk was welcoming and always available. The grounds were well maintained. There’s is a restaurant 1 minute walk away that had awesome food just know that there is going to be a wait to be seated. It’s very popular so make reservations. For us it was centrally located for what we had planned to do. Easy access to highways. We will be using this Hampton Inn every time we travel back to RI. Thanks for a great stay.

Super clean hotel with very friendly staff. I was looking forward to the hot breakfast, but it wasn’t exactly inspirational, with the same cheese omelette every day I was there. Still, there was oatmeal and waffles and lots of cereal. I I like that hotels are using large refillable containers in the shower, but I wish there had been one for body wash. I will stay here again.

Convenient to the location where I had to have some dental work done. Decent price and a clean safe location The walls are VERY thin. Whoever was in the room above us must have had active children or something because there was a lot of heavy walking and dropping stuff well after midnight and it made it very difficult to rest. I really was tempted to call the front desk but I figured they would just have us move and that seemed even more exhausting. But yeah - I didn’t get much sleep because of that. Luckily you all at least have Showtime on the TV so I watched movies til the noise finally died down
