Stayed for work and the property was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast is as good as if you had made it at home. If and when I go back that will be my pick again for sure.

When I questioned what my options were, I was told to discuss my concerns and issues with the 3rd party I reserved my stay with Expedia. Not having a shower bench for the 5 day stay dramatically impacted my partners ability to shower daily. Not having booked with Hilton directly, I was told several times during my stay by the front desk that any issues I had needed to be addressed directly with Expedia not Hampton Inn. Thank you to Expedia for saving me $ for this recent 5 day stay. The property was certainly not worth what Hilton wanted to charge me initially.

Rooms are clean but bedding needs improvement. Pillows seem old and mattresses as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not very good. Options very limited and often running out of food.

Just a pleasant experience

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Providence during the World Cup. The check-in lady was an absolute star - I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so nice and friendly and interested in our World Cup trip. Hotel was a 15/20 minute Uber ride into Providence which was fine and rooms were at a premium because of WC26. Obviously wouldn’t pay the amount we paid for this standard of hotel normally (breakfast buffet on paper plates) but it was still less than others in Providence itself and it ticked all the boxes it needed to.

Staff was good, room was clean enough. The pool was down one day we were there and the breakfast wasn’t amazing but it served its purpose! Would stay again

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. King-sized room was spacious with comfortable bed, generally clean, good sheets and pillows, adequate lighting in the room. The "restaurant" is closed Sunday & Monday and only open for takeout/room service for breakfast so we didn't eat there. Overall the hotel was in terrible condition - some of the dirtiest carpets I've ever seen in hotel hallways; peeling paint or chipped finish on walls and fixtures throughout; the place just looked tired and forgotten.

The water pressure in the shower was low. The tv had just 23 channels. The breakfast had food with various spices that did not agree with us. The staff were great.

Solid good deal. Breakfast good. Nice waterfront location- saw some dolphins. Friendly front desk. Would stay again.

They have clean rooms, more parking spaces and great breakfast

My team and I have stayed here multiple times for work. It is a great location, Laura's is a very good restaurant right by the hotel as well as a good convenience store. Plenty of parking. Hotel is in like new condition.
