My Room # 333 was NOT CLEANED UP when i stayed there for 3 nights. I have told the hotel staff and emailed the Management but there was no action and no response An alternate room was not offered either

Everything went smoothly with our stay beds comfortable breakfast good just typical hotel

1) After myself and a coworker stayed nearly two weeks, 2 rooms, in the hotel for business I needed to cancel a final one-night reservation I’d made through a third party site. The third party site said the hotel manager had the discretion to approve a refund or not. The request was denied and I was charged 100% full price though I couldn’t stay the night. No repeat customer consideration or loyalty here. 2) The room showed its age, lets say “well worn”. 3) Terrible breakfast. I stay in all major hotel chains on business. This breakfast was sub-standard, even by Holiday Inn Express standards. Same poor selection every single day. If you’re plans are for more than a passing night or two you should consider that.
