Very disappointed that items left behind during a previous stay were not located.

I’ve stayed here a few times and liked the property, however on my last stay I checked out before the July 4th Holiday and forgot some items in one of the drawers. I called the property to check, and was also back in town so I stopped by but I was told that nothing had been turned in. The property promised to call me after it had investigated but after not hearing anything I called and was told nothing had been found. I’m extremely disappointed and will unlikely consider this property in the future.

It was okay I only stay for a night

Very unimpressed with the woman who greeted us at the front desk. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was bothered by the line of groups that needed to check in. I had multiple reservations that I booked through Expedia which I had the names, confirmation numbers, and the CC which I booked them under. One of the names I assigned a room to wasn’t able to make it so I was checking into the room. She spend 10 minutes telling me she can’t check me in because it “wasn’t my name” even though the full reservation was made by me. She finally said she’d need to call her manager and said I’d have to wait until she finished checking in everyone else. Very disappointed even after the manger said he has the confirmation and the screen shots she was still miserable. Rest of the staff was fantastic and breakfast was great!!

Plenty of parking and close to my destination

Checked in around 4pm, they gave us a room, on entry to the room it was not clean. They gave us another room which was ready. Overall the bathroom had mildew. Beds were very uncomfortable

This property is excellent for short and extended stays, locally placed and easy to get on and off the highway. Plenty of eating options and just 15 minutes outside the city where you can enjoy trees, walks, and nature.

Needs very uncomfortable mattresses need to be replaced, holes and side where you sleep, a/c couldn’t keep up with moisture in room felt wet

The hotel is aging and not super modern. But it was clean enough for our one a night stay. The breakfast was decent.

Front desk attendant was affable and attentive. Room was sufficient for late night stay.

There was an overall smell to the rooms and property. Cheap stay.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The gentleman at the desk who checked us in was very pleasant.

Clean room and comfy

Very serviceable hotel for when you’re in the area. No frills, the breakfast is pretty bare bones, but handy, the pool is probably not worth using. The first time I stayed here the mattress had an awful sag in it, but this time the bed was fine. The bathroom sink, on the other hand, had kind of a broken faucet. But…it all worked well enough. Staff were friendly and helpful.
