This is a great place to stay. Good location and great amenities in room, especially kitchen set up. The only issue was the television because some of the channels didn’t work. Great breakfast, too and wonderful heated pool. Bathtub warm!

Clean, loves the walk in shower. Nice breakfast.

Clean and convenient location

Coffee was okay. Bed was horrible. Room just didn't feel clean. Sofa was like sitting on a greasy rock. Zero water pressure in the shower. Inadequate lighting in the bathroom.

Room #229 needs maintenance. Light on night table broken, did not work. USB port did not work. In addition, the light under the microwave did not work. Safety issue at night.

Hotel is very clean and nice

The walls are paper thin. You can hear nearly everything going on in the rooms next to you. We heard crying and screaming children, TV noise, normal conversation, and a cell phone vibrating that woke us up in the middle of the night.

we booked a king studio, but the bed was barely a full which was disheartening since we paid for a king and traveled with our toddler. room was nice and spacious otherwise

Good location. Right off 295. For a hotel with a rating of 80, this hotel was underwhelming and overpriced. Significant wear and tear. In need of a refresh. Also, our room had a dirty floor, bed only had 3 pillows for a king (we got an additional one from front desk), there should have been additional pillow/sheets for pullout couch. We have stayed at other hotels in RI with lower rating in far better shape. Maybe the reviews are fake?

Spacious and comfortable. We loved having the couch, and the kitchen. It was more like a condo than a hotel room. My confirmation said the pool was closed, and it was not. One of the blinds in the room wasn’t working, but that is about it. The bed was comfy, but most hotel beds are nothing like home. A mattress topper would make all the difference.

The management at the property were very difficult to work with. I added a night to my reservation and for some reason didn’t go through. They couldn’t figure out how to do that in the computer so I was called and told I had to go back to the hotel and move my room. There was no manager on site to talk to. New room had no hot water. Very disappointing and then received a text that they were sorry for the miscommunication!

So our room there was no hot water pressure. I reported it on the first day we left the room maintenance man never came up second day I got up and nobody had looked at the shower so I called it in. No hot water. Maintenance immediately moved us to another room, which was an upgrade was appreciated which that shower in that room had hot water but if you looked at the door, it was crooked, and the frame of the door was coming apart. Door did shut and lock. I don’t see how but it did. So would it be a Hilton brand I kinda expected more, expected the rooms to be a little bit better shape

The location Everything was great

Basic hotel near a busy street so bring earplugs. Room was in need of some TLC. Noisy guests were also a dissatisfier. Breakfast is as one would expect.
