Hotel was clean, bright and well kept. The breakfast was decent. They have a waffle maker which was nice. The other items like eggs and sausage seemed like premade heat and serve and were not the best. But there was fruit and a great selection of teas and coffee 24 hours. The staff were kind and helpful. Room was a nice size and had a pull out couch, Full size fridge, a dishwasher and sink. All of the amenities were working & clean (elevators, pool, ice machines)., Beds & pillows were comfortable. The location was very good, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Providence and Providence College. Would highly recommend staying here. Very family friendly. Also, as a nice touch for being a Hilton member we received two free bottles of water and a snack from there To Go Market in the main lobby! Overall it was a very nice stay.

Clean nice rooms with heated pool The women in the morning at the front desk gave my wife her daughter who wanted to go to a hotel with a pool for her birthday and 2 of her friends who stayed in the hotel over night a hard time about using the pool in the morning for a couple hours before check out at 12 pool opens at 9 and they requested to be let in the pool area around 10 and women denied access to them because I wasn't there and I was the one who checked in. I checked in on Saturday they used the pool Saturday afternoon and Saturday night without me going downstairs every time they wanted to get in the pool area without issue. But for some reason Nancy at the front desk had an issue with it. My wife and Nancy had a verbal confrontation and the police were called the police actually apologized to my wife and that was it. I had to leave Saturday night to go into work and went home at 11 am Sunday instead of going back to the hotel I went home because check out was at 12 anyway. The room wasnt cheap and it made everyone that stayed in the room very uncomfortable and ruined the good time they had the night before

Yes breakfast was quite good

We needed a place to stay while we were between selling and buying a home. I was very worried about what to do with our dogs. Home2 was wonderful!!

Felt like a hospital room. Even had the fake curtain wall. Breakfasts in hotels like this are an embarrassment.

When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room would be the option as they were totally booked. I quickly pulled up the reservations and could have reserved a room myself on my phone so tell me how they were out of rooms? Then, miraculously, they reached out again to let me know they had a room with 2 beds available after all. I am glad we were able to sleep in the room we booked BUT the stress of this situation and feeling very misled and lied to makes me never want to stay here again.
