Though I do NOT know what the minimum is required to say 'breakfast included', I was disappointed with the offering at this hotel. They had one belgian waffle iron, a toaster for the loaf of bread offered, a few yougurts, cereal and some small oranges, juice and some coffee. There were no eggs nor breakfast meats. Also, though the indoor pool area appears nice in the photo, the pool is only 3.5 feet deep in the deepest part and the air conditioners in that room did NOT work, thus making that room a bit uncomfortable if you were not in the water. In the end...since I had to pay extra for my two grandchildren...I don't feel that we got what the same total expense could have gotten us elsewhere. Finally, the walls are pretty thin. We had noisy neighbors next door and above us at night and in the early mornings which made it a little difficult to rest.

Bathroom shower had to be played with to keep it on. The attendants never cleaned out room after 1st night and had attitudes when I had to go get fresh towels. I asked for a xtra towel bc the towels are small and im a bigger person. The lady told me no bc she didnt want to wash any more towels. Pool are had no air flow and was like a sauna. Breakfast was sparse. Warm juices. Old honey buns. Photos must be from over a decade ago bc the place looks nothing like the Google maps photos. My son has a rash on his arm and it better not be staph

The property needs a good cleaning, strong weed smell at night. The breakfast started at 7am consisted of 3 yogurts 5 cuties and some orange juice. There was a pile of “ meat like substance “ behind the headboard. Nice location and cheap you get what you pay for

The rooms smelled bad. They smelled of cigarettes, weed, and mildew. When I complained about the odor the front desk attendant was extremely argumentative and not helpful at all. You can literally see through the threads of the towels. And there was fighting and prostitution...by far the worst place I have ever stayed and I will never recommend such a place to anyone who just wants a good shower and a place to lay their head for the night.

The lady manager is sweet and understanding, but the young girl in training, I assume, she seemed to have an attitude with us for no good reason, my fiance noticed 1st and I took up for they that maybe he misread her. But then, I went down, 4 hours after check in, to ask if we could possibly trade rooms, as it was 100° outside and the air conditioner wasn't working well. The girl got attitude and started at me with we shouldnt have waited so long to say something, and she went to continue... but the older lady, I assume the manager, she interrupted the girl and was very helpful. The only other thing was they did at first try and demand us to provide documentation for my fiance's service animal, but when he explained to her that they are only permitted to ask two questions, and that that type of certification does not exist, and the ppl who give over such are getting fake certs online they let it go with no fuss at all after that. I would stay again, only because the one nice lady did seem to actually care about making the customers happy. I hope her work style rubs off on the younger lady. God bless ❤️ Lol said it up there and im not retyping it.

Think twice before you stay at this Hotel. For years, Baymont Hotels were wonderful...haven't stayed in one for years, I have regurlarly stayed now at Hampton Inns for a nicer stay...and I am sorry that I chose this hotel on this trip. Was in town for a concert for one night, and chose this hotel for close proximity to Chastain Park Concert Venue. Upon walking in, the Hotel wreaked of WEED.....constantly. It has to be the Owners or Staff smoking as the weed smell is all upfront by the front desk and their office and supply room. If you pick hotels with breakfast included as I do for ease of traveling and getting on the road in the morning, SKIP THIS ONE> This was the worst detail of this hotel. I wish I had taken a picture...(and I plan to contact Baymont Corp office to complain)....The eating room was dingy, dirty, smelled of weed, there was an open loaf of bread tossed on the counter, 6 scary looking muffins in a dirty kind of display container, Coffee but only regular, no decaf offered, no real cream, just a big ol jug of powdered creamer and same of sugar, NO fruit, in the dirty little fridge were two containers of yogurt, No juice, No bagels, No cereals, I think there were two old looking honey buns on the counter...I only grabbed a cup of coffee and then went back to my room and told my daughter, well, we need to go to breakfast somewhere, wouldn't have eaten anything down in that joke of a Free breafast area. Steer clear of this hotel! And paid $179! RIPOFF
