Staff was very friendly. They were going through some renovations so some areas weren’t great but lobby was nice. Our room towards the back of the hotel was nice! Breakfast was great too!

The late check in The first room had a smell , had to ask for another , neither rooms met the handicap qualifications that I booked for and I am in a wheelchair

Have stayed here several times. Staff is always very nice. Room was immaculate

The pictures online and hotel did not match. The carpet was old, bed uncomfortable (could feel bed springs), the food was terrible and the pool was closed for no given reason.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. Had a issue with my key card the day before checkout but the front desk fixed it without any further issues

They don’t want to give out any towels. I made a reservation for 3 days and I asked for towels I was told that I can only have one. So each day I receive one bath towel and one hand towel. No face towels at all. The hotel was nasty and outdated. The hallways were full of the smelled of marijuana and mildewed carpets. The rooms were damp and dark. The mattresses are worn out. The website is very misleading Please beware, the rooms look nothing like the pictures . The hotel is AWFUL. It’s not place for children especially with some of the people I saw walking in and out of there. 0 out of 10
