Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel

Great stay. Will stay again sometime

Room mildew smelling and just moist. Not the cleanest. Hallways smelled horrible, like cigarettes and weed and mildew. You just get what you pay for. Will do in a serious bind.

Never had room cleaned, trash taken, fresh towel the whole week we were there. Washer/dryer, ice machine didn’t work whole week. Hot water worked half the time. Had to get new door cards 3 nights in a row because they didn’t work

Staff was nice. Room didn’t have cold water and burnt out lights. The staff accommodated us perfectly.

I didn’t eat breakfast. I do like that the hotel was in a nice area. I felt safe. It could have been more cleaner. They had to change my room due to it being a dead cockroach on the floor and pubic hair in the tub. And the pipe line for the toilet is terrible someone else urinate was in the toilet every time I got to use the bathroom.

Breakfast was awesome Beds could have been better and pillows both were too flat in my opinion Need new ones or replace with more firm mattress for sure

Only issue was the water, cold was hot and hot was the cold and also my room didn’t have a microwave. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel didn’t really look like the pictures. The floor was wet as if there was a leak somewhere. The toilet barely flushed and there was a cigarette/marijuana smell. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Overall, the staff was very nice, but they should clean up a little better and crack down on the smoking.

I would definitely return. Location was great as well!

The pool an the staff was very helpful Something was wrong with the shower fixture an there wasn't enough towels in the bathroom.

Bed is a lil springy also thin blankets rather than that nice hotel quite,clean,no nearby gas station though food is scarce as well

Neat Check in time too long…was so tired and dozing off in a chair

The room was clean and quiet. To do the check in we wait 20 minutes for the clerk to come in, he finally came in with no shoes and kind of wet with a lady friend. We choose the hotel because of the pool and the pool was closed.

We had bad experience.First the AC don’t work the telephone don’t work the staff don’t know the answer when I ask when the ac going to fix.cockroaches in the bath room.It was not looks like the clean.The furniture was old and broken.The carpet was nasty and dirty.Its horrible to staying in here.Never ever going to reference the best western hotel at all.I though the frenchies was taking care of that name but no standers.
