Room & Bed comfortable. Good price and location. Breakfast was average. Limited.

We arrived late and the staff was very nice and efficient. We enjoyed a comfortable bed, wonderful shower and hit the road early. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Traffic was a bit loud when the morning commute started, but it got us moving to head home. Will definitely stay there again!

The look of the hotel was a great first impression. The inside was immaculate. The rooms were very clean. You can tell great pride goes into cleaning. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Great options for the Continental breakfast. I think the sausage should be cooked a little longer. The last was making sure everything was replenished quickly. I loved everything about my stay. Not applicable

The location was close to restaurants and the highway. I choose the hotel due to the indoor pool and it wasn’t working.

I enjoyed their breakfast, but my wife loved their freshly baked cookies. Well, the breakfast nook could use some honey available. The roof between floors is a bit thin aswell..

You can’t leave food or any sweat beverages unattended or bags of empty food, because roaches will come. We stayed towards the back on the second floor near a utility room with buckets and buckets of paint. When asked to get housekeeping they wanted to wait til the end of my stay…absolutely not! I sternly advised they clean my room bc of the random two to three small roaches I seen. The second to last night I kept smelling gasoline through the mildewed vents which made my head hurt and I tossed and turned all night. Another thing was their are a mix between long term stay and short term on the same floor so people kept walking the halls early morning and turn the heat on in the low lit halls which made the smell even worse. Thank God I only stayed a few nights and not a whole week. Needless to say I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

They need to take care of having matts for slippery tub.

The outside light made the room way too bright.

The bed and pillows were clean & comfortable. The experiene wasn't welcoming. Room 411 was apparently I was told should not have been rented out to stay in. The room was outdated, desk chair had rips in the leather, bathtub had brown rust stains in it, bathroom sink was backed up, bedroom had a AC unit tube connected through the Window & not inside of the wall,the smell was horrible like mold & it was stuffy. I was told that was the only room they had available & they were all sold out when I arrived around close 11:40pm Friday 9/11/26. I booked this room in August. Called & verified my reservation a week before my arrival & Thursday 9/10/26 stating I would be arriving later than the check-in time on 9/11/26. I was told it was fine & that it would be noted on my reservation. I believe my room was given to someone else when I already booked a month in advance to pay at the property not online at the time I reserved the room. I do not recommend this property to be listed as a location on Booking.com for future reservations because there may be frequent calls requesting refunds.

Plenty of parking. Only drawback in parking one way in, one way out on to a busy road.

breakfast was decent, on par with a normal "free" breakfast; even for a dated facility it was clean; staff was responsive to requests of more towels, pillows, laundry bags uncomfortable matresses, I woke up with a sore back each morning. tub faucet was loose, bathroom door wouldn't close easily and didn't lock. coffee downstairs in the lobby and breakfast area was always empty each morning
