Staff was super helpful and there is plenty of parking. The pool is closed which is a bummer on vacation

Ac was cold, worked flawlessly. You rood don’t get cleaned, no new sheet, no trash take out, no fresh towel, till you request them.some disturbing loud pounding Sound disrupted my sleep.

Staff was great, breakfast was just what my son and I needed to fuel up for the day.

The room phone did not work, the outlets did not work. We saw someone at the front desk only twice; mostly no one was there. when we checked in, we had to wait in the lobby with several other customers for a staff member to show up to check us all in. I would not stay there again

The beds are very hard and firm. Very uncomfortable and caused back pains. Also, the in-door swimming pool looked like a swamp. Other than those two things, the hotel is okay.

The checkout was great fast and easy. Overall, the stay was great.

Felicia was great and very welcoming when we checked in at 4 am in the morning. Recommended if you are in Atlanta some day

Room was really spacious with a Queen Sized bed. The whole hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Air con was aging in the room but was effective.

We needed a quick place to rest and this place really came in handy. Our online reservation got screwed up, but the front desk clerk was very helpful and we were able to get a room that night plus an extra night at half the cost. Breakfast was great, fresh hot coffee always available. Check in and check out was hassle-free.

The staff was great however I want to high lite the night auditors Ms Felicia and the young man were very courteous and nice and they even called me by my last name after being there for two days. I have worked in the Hotel management for Hilton for ten years and their customer service and attendance to details was spot on. I had a great stay in your hotel because of them.

The pool is kinda small but it was out of order anyway. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the 12pm check out.

The comfort of the King bed, the comfortability of the room; it had a "feels like home" feeling. The air conditioner worked properly; it was quiet and peaceful. The door was difficult to manage. It would get stuck and I would have to put my hip into it, pushing it, to get it to open. It would close quickly where I would have to hold the door open as I was leaving with all of my belongings. And sometimes it would take a little work to close the door. Sometimes it wouldn't close all the way unless I pulled or pushed the door with a little extra effort.
