Everything was good. Friendly and helpful staff:)

There was poop on the shower curtain. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Housekeeping only comes by every 3 days so you have to take your dirty towels down to the desk to exchange. There was no hook in our room to hang towels to dry.

People and beds were ok Not very clear, old decor and breakfast not very good.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The environment did not feel clean or safe, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing was the breakfast. If you’re traveling with children or looking for a peaceful stay, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

Staff was very friendly and gave great tips for getting around Atlanta and enjoying our stay. No trash can in the room, or even the hall way. No way to dispose of food, feminine products without going to the lobby trash can.

I was over charged 200.00 in deposits

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! They are filthy !! Front desk people are very rude and did not help me with anything!! When I asked for the cleaning service to come they wouldn’t even clean it and said it was scheduled to be cleaned the day I left. I’m paying for a service that isn’t being offered at the property. Also earn out of tissue and the bed was never cleaned off we asked for more toilet paper and the bedding to be changed because it smelled like they just sprayed Lysol on it. They told me to go downstairs and grab everything myself as well as make the bed myself. Also when we checked in we had to wait almost an hour for a room because it wasn’t ready and the room was half cleaned when we walked in. It was so bad I left and went to another hotel that was MUCH CLEANER AND NICER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Hallway and room carpets had an odor. Room furniture was very wor.

Property was fine the toilet was clogged up The toilet was barely working

The only thing I had an problem with was the mattress cushion pads needs to be replaced and the carpet needed to be refreshed

Exie at the front desk was very nice

The location The holding deposit that doesn't deposit back to my account right after my stay.. The shower was weak and the toilet barely wanted to flush. The thermostat battery was low and kept me up at night..

The Breakfast was really good and Tonya she was very nice.

The staff was wonderful, but we did not have internet the entire time. We called support and it was never fixed

The lock on the room door seemed to be loosened for some reason and the bathroom door would not lock securely also the shower curtain was hanging and not properly usable I stayed in room 208 please avoid if possible.

Shower leaked entire weekend, bathroom sink handle was broken, TV did not work, staff rarely at front desk.
