Front desk staff is super friendly, place is nice and clean, comfortable beds, good location, great breakfast 😊

The place was convenient and in a safe area where I needed to be. The room had damage in the bathroom, torn sofa, the toilet ran the entire time, and the shower head was broke.

I appreciated the value for our money. It's not a five-star hotel, but it doesn't portend to be. The rooms was a nice size. Just right. Very helpful staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Close to Truist Park by rideshare. I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Staff was excellent at this hotel. The room needs a lot of repairs, unfortunately, and a good deep clean. It's really bad when you wear white socks, and they turn black. Other than that, it served the purpose for a two-night stay for a graduation. I really hope they invest in some upgrades and cleaning, as it was a great stay in the neighborhood.

The place is a little worn. It's probably due for new carpets in the hallways and room. But room was clean. Breakfast was good. Mostly basic free breakfast and coffee. One note: when we checked out after a 3 night stay at 6am, there was no coffee ready at the coffee bar next to the front desk. A lot of guests that were heading out for the day weren't very happy about that.

The hotel had old appliances and isn't up to date. I had to take one bulb out of a two bulb shade because the light shade next to the bed had a broken bulb. The TV's remote was so used that the paint had been rubbed off the buttons and we had to guess which buttons controlled which functions (see pic). There were many things not up-to-date, or poorly maintained with screws to the light's faceplate AND even the door appearing to be half-assed screwed back in (see pic) and the back of the room's door had NO sign to indicate checkout time, etc. I would not stay here again unless I had no other options.

The hotel was decent. Staff was friendly. My issue were as follows:poor/no WiFi, room smelled like cigarette smoke, 1 trash can for the entire room no trash bag, loud and noisy ac, dirty pullout sofa mattress, horrible pillows, horrible mattress

I’m disappointed in Comfort inn & suites. A first and last for us.

Excellent Breakfasts

Everything was good. Friendly and helpful staff:)

There was poop on the shower curtain. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Housekeeping only comes by every 3 days so you have to take your dirty towels down to the desk to exchange. There was no hook in our room to hang towels to dry.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The environment did not feel clean or safe, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing was the breakfast. If you’re traveling with children or looking for a peaceful stay, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

I was over charged 200.00 in deposits

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! They are filthy !! Front desk people are very rude and did not help me with anything!! When I asked for the cleaning service to come they wouldn’t even clean it and said it was scheduled to be cleaned the day I left. I’m paying for a service that isn’t being offered at the property. Also earn out of tissue and the bed was never cleaned off we asked for more toilet paper and the bedding to be changed because it smelled like they just sprayed Lysol on it. They told me to go downstairs and grab everything myself as well as make the bed myself. Also when we checked in we had to wait almost an hour for a room because it wasn’t ready and the room was half cleaned when we walked in. It was so bad I left and went to another hotel that was MUCH CLEANER AND NICER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Hallway and room carpets had an odor. Room furniture was very wor.
