The shower drain was so slow, by the end of your shower, you were ip your shins with standing water

-bed bugs - a odor in the bathroom - nasty shower curtains BEAWARE THERE'S CAMERAS AND LISTENING DEVICES OVER THE WHOLE ROOM AND TOO MUCH FOR A WEEK

The worst hotel that I ever stayed in I rate them as a zero terrible staff and nothing is good about this location. I am sorry.

They are in the hospitality industry and dont even provide toilet paper. You have to go buy your own toilet paper. The rooms have a lingering stench of cigarette smoke. And they advertise they have a Full kitchen and dont even have ovens in the room. And for it to be a full kitchen, you still have to buy all your own utensils and kitchen supplies. Its not a hotel it is a motel. Even motels provide toilet paper. Over all 2/5 stars

Nothing Staff area rooms smelt disgusting customer service terrible.

Room was in okay condition, floor was broken and the counter was not cleaned properly prior to my stay.

Quite location Rude staff

Upon checking in, the front desk agent was curt and borderline rude. Unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. Our refrigerator and microwave were dirty upon arrival! No housekeeping services. One set of towels per person, they only wash your sheets once a week they don’t wash towels, there are no pots or pans, silverware, toilet paper or any other amenities. We were there about six weeks and a housekeeper never even stopped by! The pictures online are up to date minus what you see. You get terrible beds with linen, two terribly flat pillows and that’s it. I had to buy towels, cleaning supplies, including a mop and broom, pillows, pots and pans, plates and silverware for an extended stay. We are moving waiting on our place and all of our stuff is in storage. This was not helpful for an extended stay experience. There is no place for children to be, the property attendant is not very personable and then found out the front desk attendant at check-in was the manager! You get what you pay for 4 walls and beds but this is not a good option for your extended stay needs.

The receptionist was very helpful. I didn’t get the email code to join their Wi-Fi but she suggested checking my spam folder and there it was. So thanks to her I saved a fortune not having to use my data. She definitely deserves a pay rise

A lot of restaurants in the area The people at the front desk don’t answer the phone. The lady at front desk was not welcoming after she opened the office 30 minutes late. And worst of all they have roaches not 1 or 2 either they were in the kitchen area and also in the bathroom as well as night stands and for $450 that is unacceptable

The Tub in the bathroom is not clean at all

There r plenty of places for fast food. There was internet n TV. Location close to East/West connecter to get around easily. bath n kitchenette NEED UPDATING. I did get a visit from a few roaches. No toilet paper!! Thank goodness I had tissues. Bed was very hard for my back.

The hotel check in stops at 7 pm although the hotel does not fully indicate that there is no lobby or staff at the hotel after 6:30 per the homeless men hanging around. Attempted to call and rectify was met with a rude receptionist that was clearly working from home. I will never book this hotel or recommend to anyone my whole 10 day reservation was cancelled. And I was charged before my check in date just disgusting

How close it was to my doctors appts You only get one set of towels to make it thru one week; the tub was nasty had to wear shoes in the shower; the beds were very uncomfortable; they had the same sheets for 7 days as well no change none of this was advertised; I could have washed but I was there for a surgery so I couldn’t get up to wash when I was laying in pain if I knew this is what I was in for I wouldn’t have booked with them and no dishes to cook with so we had to keep eating eat out food! If we are flying in what since does it make to buy pots and pans and silverware; Every day we killed roaches just made it unsanitary for us to be there and very uncomfortable

It was the worst experience I ever had. I will never ever go there again terrible staff terrible management.

Convenient location, great value Extended stay hotels can attract riff/raff clients and there was some of that element at this hotel

The refrigerator and microwave oven are large and convenient，The price is cheaper There are a lot of cockroaches, the floor is not clean
