Breakfast was good.

Only one ice maker worked in the building. Breakfast- Bacon was fatty. I like mine crisp. no sausage. no pastries. Eggs good, oatmeal was good. Good choice of juices and milk types. 2 types of waffles.

Staff very helpful and patient.

Pan overflowed by window. They were responsive and apologized for any inconvenience

The overnight staff was excellent 2 older black ladies Elevator didn't work 2nd night we were there eldery mother had ro.walk up 5 flights of stairs when we got to the room the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the ac was making a horrible grinding noise we told the staff when we checked out he said he would discount the room and email me a new reciept I never got a reciept at all not even the first one

Nothing Their system was down when I arrived and was still down after an hour plus of being there. They offered us a room only after I called booking.com for a refund . They did not want to lose the money for the room but the room they offered still had no key so how was I supposed to exit the room. Not to mention the elevator was still not working as well. I did not stay and drove the rest of the way home. Booking.com also would not give me a refund as well. So both the hotel and booking.com only care about the money and could care less about the customer.

It was close and very convenient. The staff was very friendly, it smelt very clean walking in and even our room was beautiful and comfortable. I will be coming back. N/a

Wonderful

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful (from check in to housekeeping to the facility worker. One thing we thought was needed cameras in the parking lot for your staff and your guests safety. One Big diasapointment for my grandchildren the pool was full of green stuff that needed to be cleaned and basically was out of order for the two nights we stayed. No out of order signs posted not covered for safety etc I reached out about the pool not being available and how my grands were disappointed. I spoke to a young man my apologies for not remembering his name at the front desk as he was leaving was nice enough to get approval for us to use there other hotels pool nearby Thank You.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze! Would recommend.

Perfect for our stay.

We had six people in our room and only had 3 towels. After our first night I asked for 6 but was only given 3 again. Also I think you could give a little more choices with breakfast and extend hours till 10.
