Great place to stay

I like how the property feels more like a home than a hotel. It’s pretty big but feels small in a good way. The staff, especially the overnight front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Nothing. Everything was great!

Nice location to be outside the city and would have liked to spend more time exploring. Seemed very walkable and pool looked beautiful. LOVED free parking and used the plug in. My only issue was AC not working great but staff reset the unit and it was working again. It does come on and off though and creates some motor noise which might be disruptive to someone's sleep. For the price I would have thought the AC would work better. The fitness center was fine but quite hot and AC did not seem to work well in there either it actually felt like the heat was on. I did not order any food while I was here. I sent msg asking if I could extend my stay by 1 night and never heard back. Front desk seemed too busy. So they missed a night with me I would have stayed longer.

This location was truly lovely. Clean and smelled great the moment you walked in. The whole place from lobby to rooms felt curated instead of your standard “hotel furniture”. The staff could not have been nicer and were always there to greet you. Just overall a nice stay and refreshing departure from some of the more stale and dirty feeling hotels around these days at this price point.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Quick to respond to any request. Location for our needs was excellent. Pre-paid for "made to order breakfast" when booking at $8.50 per day/per person thinking this was on par price wise versus going out to breakfast. Only 3-4 tables and wait was lengthy. My table and another had to step just outside of the kitchen to request help on day 1. Food subpar for price and cold upon arrival. Bacon missing from sandwich. Even saw a guest step behind the bar and scoop her own ice into two cups. Same patron then brought two dogs into dining area a few minutes later. Health code violation? IDK! Day two coffee dispenser on the bar looked like thin brown water. Highly recommend the hotel, just not the breakfast option.

Great vibe, great location, friendly staff

Was suppose to have a balcony, we didn't. Our shower was broke and the girl at the front desk didn't offer to move is our have someone come look at it. Also we asked for a later checkout time even said we would pay if needed the girl upfront said that would be fine we could have til 2, then that morning we were told we couldn't and 32 mins before checkout time the front desk was calling or room. SMH

Amazing proper. Friendly and very helpful staff… breakfast was easy and delicious! The pool area is beautiful. Shuttle to ballpark was an unexpected perk!

The restaurant on-site was another highlight. They had a great breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal without having to leave the hotel. location - excellent staff - excellent room - was fine seating in room - not particularly comfortable handicapped/accessible - not great - room was at the very back of the property. logic would dictate an accessible room would be close tot he elevators or front doors. parking - pretty huge problem especially for handicapped. almost not available parking when arriving late in the evening bathroom - no vent or electric fan accessible shower made huge mess on floor due to curtain extending low enough and being situated outside the basin for the shower.
