Hotel Indigo Atlanta-Vinings Ballpark Area by IHG

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next ATL visit!

I asked how this would be rectified and was given vouchers for a free breakfast. Something is better than nothing, but I didn’t get the room I paid for. It’s hard it to be disappointed with that kind of service.

The rooms were super clean and great vibes. Felt super safe the whole time. The staff were amazing!!! The ladies at the front are angels. My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Would def recommend.

The front staff was not very welcoming when I arrived, I even called to let him know I was doing a late check-in, and the woman at the front seemed annoyed and like I was inconveniencing her. The elevators were under construction. The floor I was on where the ice machines were look like a crime scene also under construction. The rooms are a lot smaller than what they look like online. I asked for a balcony and they put me right over the kitchen, trash and Oil dump Station. Being a TikTok content creator, I was unable to use this room for my content. The best part was the pool with the waterfall, but empty flower pots with no flowers in them was a little tacky and not good for pictures or content to share or help promote this placewhich . The bathroom was so small and I am a tiny person and I busted my pinky toe trying to get out of the bathroom because there’s literally 1 inch from the door to the toilet. The door to enter the room had to be shoulder checked to get in. It was so tough. Definitely got catfish with this one super frustrating trip altogether and going to get a nice wrist at the place. I spent a lot of money at ended up being a total waste of money. Not happy at all with this place. Do not recommend it or call and ask him if everything is what they say it is or if they have anything going on wrong with the place before going.

Property is being remodeled and the noise was kinda a little annoying. The staff was helpful and the restaurant was good. I would suggest that the cleaning team take a little bit more time in the bathrooms. Overall, very good visit.

The outdoor space is nice.

Great stay nice location, near a lot of stuff without the traffic. The location was nice and classy. Hotel staff that worked during our stay at the front desk, the bar that evening, and breakfast the next day were top tier. Didn’t do the gym, but the cozy pool area was nice. It also look like they had a banquet/meeting area with private screen in balcony. Open floor plan to lodge around instead of your room. Order the peach bbq wings… thank me later

The facility has such a nice pool, much larger than most hotels, yet still only three feet deep. The bar has a nice vibe as does the lounge area.

Our stay was overall a good one. The hotel was in a good location and quiet. There was an issue the hotel management did not do anything about, a heavy concentration of weed smoking in a “non smoking” hotel - that was disappointing.

The staff were amazing! The hotel is undergoing a major facelift so there was some expected construction. However, the massive mold spot of the toilet could’ve been avoided.

We will return just to see MR PERRY. Driving strangers around is no small tasking and it takes a special kind of person to do it with class and humility.

We enjoyed the stay, we will be back

Beautiful hotel with great access to Truist Park. A couple of issues occurred during our stay. We turned the A/C on when we left for the game and came back to find the room still at 74 degrees. Learned that we needed to turn it off and back on to fix. But in the middle of the night it happened again while we slept and the room got hot all over again. I didn’t make a maintenance request because I didn’t know of the issue exactly. And without notice or warning at 8:30 am and banging aggressive knock at the door. Before I could even get to, the door was opening and caught by the latch. He was coming in. Claimed my room was on his list to “fix” at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning! He apologized and left with no explanation as to why he was there in the first place. Sleep was ruined by both of these. Disappointed to say the least.

The property is in an amazing location. You can choose all sorts of activities within 20 minutes or less or choose to talk to great Atlanta dining. Was only dissatisfied with how much of the property was being renovated during our stay. I also booked hotel for the pool and the pool was too small, needed to be cleaned and not deep enough to truly enjoy. I also felt that it didn’t truly feel the Indigo bright colors and eclectic feel

Clean hotel and friendly staff! Restaurant on site is convenient and great. Loved the hot tub and will be staying here again.

If you’re in the area I would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo. It’s very nice and you will not be disappointed.

We had a nice stay! Hotel was doing some renovations but was still very clean and the staff were very nice.
