I met about five of the staff and every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was clean. The location is good. The building smells molded

This was a great stay for my business trip. The staff were very helpful upon my arrival. A lot of good conversation at check-in. They awarded me an upgrade! It appears that they have done some renovations to the property which makes it appealing. Small details like rusted handles on bathroom vanity was noted. Some damage to walls just above the baseboard could probably have been patched. Other than those small cosmetics, it was a nice place to stay. Very quiet area too. I’d stay here again.

Nothing it was dirty It was dirty. The pictures looks nothing like the place. There was no pillow cases on the pillows. There was trash in the unit. It was only two towels, two washcloths We didn't even stay. We checked out an hour after getting there and paid in full

It was close to where we were. The place smells, there was dog food on the ground and dirt on the floor so I knew they didn’t vacuum or clean it. The bed had hair in it!

It’s was a great stay

The room looked clean at first glance, but I noticed of cards left on the surfaces, the end of a cut USB cable lying on the floor, and a plastic bottle with some yellow liquid still inside it left in the cabinet. This gave me the impression that only the bed and trash can had been cleaned and tidied up. On the other hand, the bed was spacious, neat and clean, which i really liked.

There was no one working the front desk, so we couldnt check in or even get inside the building.

No frills residence type hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bed. Has kitchenette but no pots/ pans, plates, glassware or utensils so useless. No coffee machine Front desk attended only from 10 am- 10 pm.

Pleasant

The hotel attendant was very nice and helpful. The room I had needs serious updating. Cabinets don’t close. Appliances are outdated. Luckily, I only stayed one night. If was going to be there more than one night, I would have checked out and went elsewhere.

Nothing. Our keys would stop working randomly throughout our stay no one was ever at the front desk to help. One day we actually got locked out for the night. There is NO POOL even though it is listed on the description. The whole place smelled as if it was never cleaned. The furniture and kitchen was full of dirt and rust. The carpet had burnt marks all over. IF we had other options and if they hadn't taken our payment before our stay, we would have never stayed here.

The room wasn't how I normally expect my rooms. It was a lot of stuff attached from the wall. The Internet really didn't work on the TV. It'll work for you about 20 minutes then go out the kitchen just needed to be deep scrubbed around the refrigerator. The hallway smell like I had checked into a prostitution Motel. It really upset me because I only stay at extended stay when I come in town I normally stay the one by the Cumberland mall, but their race was a lot higher so I went to the one on findings. Hopefully they will get better, but I will be back. All they need is a little change and updates.
