Very clean the bed was super comfy

Really convenient for a one night stay the gym was nice. Coffee was always available. Breakfast area was a little small but very good. Room sizes were good beds were very comfortable shower pressure was great. My only complaint is I think the walls are made out of paper. We can hear everything Our neighbor was saying we can hear them listening to music. We can hear them in the bathroom, we can hear them in the shower and their full on conversations. I could even hear the water dropping in the shower. That’s how thin the walls are and all this happened at 6 o’clock in the morning so I couldn’t even enjoy sleeping in. We heard when everybody was talking in the hallway when they were leaving their rooms, the door slamming and opening so if you enjoy peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. This is the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again but other than that it was fine for a one night stay.

The property was great. Rooms were spacious and clean.

I was in room 311, woke up with bite marks on my arm and my hand the morning I was leaving to go to a meeting. I did find a bug on my sheets before I left. I am assuming bed bugs. While the room looked very new and clean, I am now dealing with a swollen hand from the bites (I am allergic to some bugs). Nothing was done when I reported it to my knowledge. Needless to say, I had to wash all of my clothes in hot water, spray down my luggage and shoes, and treat the bites. I have never had this issue in all of my travels. Very disappointed.

I love the location of this hotel. It is just off of I-24 and across the street from Cracker Barrel. The beds are comfortable and the water for the shower is always hot. Clean and fresh smelling towels and bed linens. The mini-fridge is handy for keeping your personal drinks, etc cold. They always have a free breakfast. Out of eight pillows on two beds in my guest room, only one pillow didn't have lumps. One of the two elevators was making some bad noises and shaking.

Our stay was good. Outlet biggest complaint was the light on the smoke detector flashed all night long. And nothing could really be done about it. Otherwise, the room and amenities were great.

The location was PERFECT. Everything is located on Sam Ridley Pkwy. Huge variety of restaurants, stores, gas stations and the hotel is right next to the Highway. The one thing I did not like was the noise. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Someone was talking very loudly in the hallway and it sounded like they were in our room. I was livid but too tired to make the phone call to the front desk to report the problem. This was the only thing preventing me from giving the review the highest rating.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel two weeks ago; it’s a little far from the downtown (15 minutes) but we were doing a road trip so we were able to perfectly move around the city. Super quiet, super clean, the lady at the Front Desk, I called her to try to get an early check in; she helped us out; so were able to check in at 11:00 am with no extra charge!. I don’t remember her name, but THANK YOU. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included amazing!!! We will repeat it the staying!!

The shower door really left a pile of water when it was opened. The room wasn’t roomy at all but we didn’t care as we didn’t spend much time in it that wasn’t sleeping!

Clean and well-stocked room. Marie the breakfast hostess was very accommodating and helpful.
