Very clean and the nicest gym ive seen in a hotel

Room was clean upon arrival. However, my granddaughter showed me when we were leaving the underside of the comforter was dirty. It was dried food. I didn't sleep on that side so I didn't see it to begin with. Otherwise nice place to lay your head.

I loved the size of the room! The furniture was showing wear and should be replaced but other than that, my stay was great

It was horrible! AC didn't cool the room but was so loud you couldn't hear the TV. BREAKFAST was so cold it felt like a fridge. They screwed me out of my Choice Privileges points. They wouldn't print off a 1 page email. Upon checking out the manager told me to get the F out because I complained about my stay.

Very rude gentleman at check-in. The customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our stay. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. Management should address how guests are treated at check-in.

My biggest issue is that the front desk staff was always in the back with a phone number to call if needed. I was also disappointed that there wasn't coffee available except for breakfast.

Had a very nice two night stay.! Very clean, staff was helpful My son used the workout room. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was terrible. Coffee in room was better than breakfast. That was the only thing that was not great!
