Room 305 had bed bugs and a disgusting mattress. We immediately left. Videos and photos for proof.

Room was nice. Received a phone call from hotel stating that Booking.com automatically cancels online reservations after 3pm and to ignore it as reservation is still active. I did have a late checin request approved already. I paid in advanced. When I arrived at hotel reservation was now in my colleagues name for both rooms and I was told I never paid and was told that I needed to pay.

check in and 1 check out. There was no one monitoring the breakfast area. The coffee was terrible and looked like motor oil. The room we stayed in was big, but mattress was hard and comforter was dirty. The bathroom needed to be throughly cleaned. There was mildew in the grout lines. The bath mat was threadbare and full of holes. I would not recommend staying here.

Filth! Everywhere!!!! This place needs to be inspected by a health inspector. They shut down the hot tub. They have no extra blankets to give. Sorry excuse for a hotel. Never again. My recommendation? Find something else. Anything else!!!

Very clean and the nicest gym ive seen in a hotel

Room was clean upon arrival. However, my granddaughter showed me when we were leaving the underside of the comforter was dirty. It was dried food. I didn't sleep on that side so I didn't see it to begin with. Otherwise nice place to lay your head.
