Sleep Inn & Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

This hotel is an easy drive into Nashville. It is clean and the employees were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was easy to keep cool during the hot summer. We were there for a just a short time overnight, but will definitely return!

We’ve had to stay in Smyrna a fair amount lately and have returned to this hotel repeatedly. The staff has been very helpful to my employees and have made them feel at home.

Hotel is very quiet and not near a lot of traffic or intersections. Shower and bathroom could be cleaned better. There was hard water build-up in the sink and shower.

Room size & location. Good breakfast for complimentary Wish the pool had been open earlier in the morning.

No a/c on in building and our room, our feet were sticking to the floor in our room. The couch had stains all over it and bugs were found. No hot water for showers also. We do not recommend this place.

Free breakfast, close to where we was going. Two rooms had cockroaches, my bed linens had coffee stains on them, they smelled of coffee

Location was convenient to several nice restaurants, the room was clean and comfortable, but the tenants upstairs were loud and rowdy. We travel with a small dog and the noise caused her to bark incessantly to which there were complaints. She wouldn't have been barking if the upstairs people hadn't been so loud. We were called to quiet our dog, because of her barking, but our complaints about the noisy upstairs neighbors went uncorrected.

Overall the stay was good. My only complaints were that the room felt damp, which may in part be the levels of humidity in the area, and there was a really strong smell that may have been ammonia that was used in cleaning or a high level of fragrance. Neither things were bad enough to complain about. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was nice and was varied. The staff members at check in and checkout were both very friendly.

I asked for a blanket for the pull out and initially they said they didn’t have any. Then I talked them into a comforter. Elevaotor button broken

Everything seemed very clean. The room smelled a little funky until the air was on for a few minutes. The pool and breakfast were really nice. My only complaint would be the smell of the air freshener in the hallway, it’s almost like carpet fresh that was never vacuumed up, very overpowering. I would still stay again.

Miss Veronica was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I love how they now have microwaves in all the rooms. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Love it!!.
