Staff was very nice and it was clean! Definitely a good drive still to downtown and the only thing that was really a down fall is it’s not truly “free breakfast”

My check-in clerk on Friday night was nice and welcoming! I liked that the parking was close, well lit, and included. The beds were comfortable. The location was nice, stores and restaurants near by, and close to my family. I didn’t like that the tub in our room was dirty, the shower handle wall plate was falling off. One of the outdoor furniture was falling apart. The hot tub was warm, but the jets were not working. And the desk clerks for my last 2 days weren’t friendly or welcoming.

Also, they never cleaned our room which also meant we had to reuse the towels we put on the ground to be picked up when housekeeping came by but never showed up. Overall we were very displeased with the stay.

I booked for this hotel for the r&b concert in Nashville. It was our first time im smyrna. Front desk people were nice check in was a breeze. The only thing was it was extremely hot in the lobby and hallways

Nice location, easy access. The items in the lobby for purchase were super overpriced, so bring your own snacks/drinks. LOVE that it's dog friendly. Had a great time loving on strangers dogs! The coffee pods in the room had great coffee.

Fire or smoke alarm was going off randomly all night. Front desk didn't care. They said "someone is vaping". Complained about in the morning and they still didn't care. They also charged us $75.00 for bringing a dog.
