Breakfast was wonderful… Staff was great . Our room appeared clean , but saw and killed two bugs , a few very tiny ants . Told front desk twice and all i got was Sorry

The breakfast was amazing . It was awesome they had an indoor pool. The kids really enjoyed it. The room didn't have a working phone ,& the remote to the TV wasn't in the room. We had to get one from the front desk.The only other thing was the lady working w the breakfast was a little rude but after sitting and eating maybe that's just how she came off maybe not meaning to be rude.

We picked this hotel because of the indoor hot tub but it was broken. The room the pool was in was so cold you couldn’t stand to be in the water Hot tub was broken and swimming pool room was too cold

Pool was cloudy and hot tub did not work. It was the only reason we booked for a stay cation. The front desk lied about me asking about the pool and hot tub. She could have been distracted because she had her kids at work. Wasted our time. We planned our trip for weeks and ruined by one person. She said it was a sign and it wasn't. It was not posted on the website either. We could have booked next door for the same price. Wasted our time. We left we t back home disappointed.

The location and staff The ironing board. We tried to get it to stay upright while ironing, but nothing worked. Need to get better ironing boards that you don't have to fight with to stay upright. We asked for a replacement because we thought it was the one we had but the replacement did the same thing.

Wonderful stay! The hotel seems to be older but it’s well maintained. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. I wish I could remember one ladies name but she was probably one of the nicest people I’ve met. Room was clean and neat. Slept like a rock. Breakfast was abundant-cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, sausage, eggs, pancakes. Only thing is no coffee in the room so you’ll go on the first floor for coffee fixings. We used the pool and it was clean. Hot tub was cold and the jets didn’t last long. I have zero complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
