Holiday Inn Express & Suites Smyrna by IHG

It was very clean, with more options than most hotels I have been at in the past few years. I was very impressed at the guy constantly cleaning everything in the lobby/breakfast area. He seemed to take pride in his work and was very polite and helpful. Hope he gets credit for his efforts!

Went down to eat breakfast 40 minutes before it was over and many options were empty (no pancakes, no sausage, no potatoes, no oatmeal). I didn't interact much with the staff, they were kind during check in, I just expected better property quality from Holiday Inn.

From walking in the stay was just meh, we arrived at 330. The front desk clerk was dressed in sweats and huffed when I was checking in. No rooms where available even though I booked online. Now it was approximately about 10 minutes and she had us a room. The room had an odor, and what I couldn't tell was mold or dust on the ceiling. The mattress felt like we were sleeping on our head and in a hole. Now for the positives. The outdoors where very clean and well kept. The lobby also very clean. Elevators clean. Later when my husband went to the front desk to purchase drinks, he said the representative was much nicer and very helpful. So I will assume she was overwhelmed by the 3pm check in hour.

Clean hotel and very good breakfast, broken hot tub was a bummer, they don’t seem to care about fixing it either

Saturdays breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast guy was always cleaning and restocking

Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel needs some updates. Air conditioning rattled all night. Midew in shower area. Rooms smelled musty.

Incredible breakfast, very clean room and very nice staff!

Over all it was a pleasant stay and very affordable. The only negative about the room I would mention is a little cosmetic attention to some caulk in areas.

Breakfast was a nice touch

The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. The bed were very comfortable. We were very disappointed that they did not have dedicated the ability to stream Netflix or Amazon prime. Also, the breakfast was disappointing, there were no choices of meat, sausage, bacon, etc. The bathtub had mold on the caulking. If streaming and a full course meaty breakfast are important to you, find somewhere else to stay

The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, & courteous. The pool and lobby were clean, presentable, & inviting. The room was spacious for my family of 4 (including a tween & teen). The lobby breakfast had a good variety, was well maintained, and the food was very fresh.

We had a very restful night and great warm breakfast.

Wonderful. When they had a room available before check in time, they allowed me early check in. They was amazing!
