Dining / serving area was dirty...rooms were not maintained clean

Check in was fast and easy friendly staff. Got to room, took my shoes and socks off. Carpet squares looked gummy, dirty. Bathroom tile was sticky. Wiped tile down. Later, went to take shower and made a black footprint in the tub, gross!! The ac unit was really cold but unbearably noisy. The next morning asked to move That evening, moved across hall. Carpet was cleaner, tile was sticky, and the AC was less noisy. Not getting any sleep that night, I asked for another room and that we would move when we got back later that night. We returned late and was exhausted so we stayed in the room. That was a miserable night. Not only noisy ac but not getting cooler than 74. I asked for another room the next morning. The put me it a really nice room. Tile was not sticky, carpet clean and the AC quiet as a mouse. Cycling on and off throughout the night. The mattresses were softer in there also.very comfortable room. made it to breakfast only 1 morning and the egg cheese omelet was good, sausage patty tasty. One morning after breakfast was over, I went to get some coffee and water. Coffee, hot water was available all day but the cold water was turned off. It was connected with the juice dispenser. I had mention that there is a heat wave going on. One of the service workers told me to get water from the ice machine. There was a spout that dispensed water to the right of the ice dispenser. Main floor carpet needs replacing, trip hazard., carpet extremely dirty in eating area. hotel was clean

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choices, comfortable clean rooms. Great value for the location.

Hate to leave low reviews but also gotta keep it real. This hotel is looooong due for renovations and upgrades. It feels basic and looks old....Definitely not keeping up with the times/ all the newer hotels that are popping up. The furniture is old, the carpet is dark, old and ripping in some places. The bed skirts were not the rt size...dragging the floor, stain on the duvet, water pressure in the shower meh. The TV was nice size but limited channels and did not offer "smart" options to hook to apps. Not sure if it was my charger or the outlets but charging phones and devices were a struggle. The positive- the staff were friendly/good customer service. Location near shopping with several food options. The bed/mattress was loud but we slept well. Bottom line, I would not stay there again. Especially when there are options.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy, coffee was always full and WiFi worked great. Would stay again!

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was adequate (the scrambled eggs need improved or offer an actual salsa to flavor them up), parking was great and the hotel seemed clean. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. No real complaints.

We asked to be moved to a different room because the carpet was disgusting! Many large stains. Other room wasn’t much better. They need to have the carpets cleaned

Great location—in my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better one—with excellent dining options nearby and close to the airport and Nashville I’ve stayed at this hotel many times—admittedly on business—practically since it first opened, and I’ve always been satisfied, which is why I chose it for a special anniversary trip with my partner. However, the condition of the rooms I found there really saddened me; it looks as though they’ve stopped investing in it and it might soon close down. I was very sorry to see this, because I’ve always been happy to return

Nothing Horrible experience with staff at reception especially manager Shelby I had a problem with my reservation and I needed to get the invoice from the reception and manager Shelby was extremely rude and unhelpful . Horrible experience do not get in this hotel

Staff was awesome.

Room was worn out and needs to be remodeled. Cushions on couch were torn. Staff at night was very strange, never at the desk and not helpful. The breakfast bar was a mess and there was not fresh fruit. One day there was no food other than waffles and a couple muffins and that was a 6:30 am
