Second issue with her was she gave us two key cards. Card A worked and Card B did not work. So I went back to the front desk to get Card B activated. She stated Card A will stop working once Card B is activated. I was a bit confused and asked if we get one or two cards and she said two. So I said we will need two cards. Not sure why she would deactivate Card A just to get us Card C. Third issue. I asked what time is breakfest tomorrow and once again her response was very negative. Again it was as if I asked her something complicated and she gave me attitude.

Pretty decent hotel. Staff was great. Didn’t use all the amenities but overall, it was a comfortable stay. No complaints. Happy with the service provided.

On the minus side: The carpet in the hallways was dirty, it looked like dryer lint balls at the end of the hall near the ice machine / laundry room that were there both days. The door to the room was out of adjustment: the interior safety latch was barely able to engage, the door audibly scraped when opening, and it required a two-hand pull to positively latch from the outside of the room. The breakfast - eggs and potatoes tasted steamed / flavorless. The peanut butter for the bagels was so old the oil had separated.

I arrived super late, like 1145pm and had to be to work in the morning. My 1st room’s fridge didn’t close all the way. The guy from the front said he needed to come in the room and check. I was a bit uncomfortable with that because it was late and I was traveling alone. The guy tried to say it was my water and Gatorade bottles. I took them out. It still didn’t close. I asked to be moved to a room that had a working fridge. He gave me a key right there to the 4th floor. I was on the 3rd. I had to pack all my things again. I went to the room on the 4th floor and couldn’t get in. The light turned green woth the key card, but it was still locked. And it was super humid in the 4th floor hallway. I go back to 1st floor with my belongings on the cart. He asked what was wrong and I explained. He said I unlocked the key. I asked if he had a room on the 1st floor cause it was late. I was tired and tired of toting the cart with my belongings. He gives me a room on the 1st floor by the door, that only goes to the pool. The fridge worked. It was hard to get to sleep all 3nights because I heard running above me. Breakfast was good. No vending machines.

Breakfast was awful but edible in a crunch.

The location was convenient to interstate access and shopping locations. The hotel smelled like a dog hotel. The rooms were not that clean. Found hair in the sink as if someone just washed their pet in it. Found someone else’s eyelash in the bed upon removing the covers.
