Like it it’s clean and quiet

The hotel was pretty well booked which I knew when securing my room reservation due to an event in the area. We ended up with a room next to the mechanical room so they waved our pet fee due to the inconvenience. That was done without us asking which was nice and appreciated. The room was a bit tight for an accessible room. We ended up pushing the beds against the wall to make room for my wheelchair in between them. This room would have been better suited for one king size bed not two queens. The facility overall seems well maintained but we did have a frayed bed skirt and the marble in the bathroom was cracked. We had no other interaction staff as we checked out early and no one was at the desk. There was simply a sign to drop off your key. I would stay there again but I would call first regarding accessible room size.

The property grounds were clean my room not so much. The refrigerator area was dusty and dirty. The bathroom tub had rings in it, the place where the bathroom towels were had dust there. The beds were noisy. The table by the bed was dusty as well. Only one of the bathroom lights worked.

just minor tweaks to service by the evening shift and more transparency regarding upgrades, maintenance and renovations would have been helpful.

I honestly booked the room for an overnighter because I was attending a concert. After checking in around 4, I only had time to use it to change my clothes. After entering the room, I noticed the bathtub had a steady stream of water, the sheer curtains at the window were torn and the curtain behind it had BAD STAINS that look like water leaked on it and left it looking rusty from the middle down to the end. There was also a stain on one of the bed sheets. Additionally, the mattress on one of the beds was uncomfortable and had a big brown stain visible through the mattress cover, which I discovered after requesting more sheets and attempting to change them. However, I ended up not staying because I was too disgusted. I don’t feel comfortable enough to sleep there and decided to check-out about 2 and head back home 2 1/2 hours away. Unfortunately, my room was nonrefundable when I booked, so I just took that loss.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom shampoo and conditioner and body wash bottles were empty.

Breakfast needs improvement. Pool was closed.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Good stay. Beds weren't comfortable for us - too hard but, room and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Warm and humid outside the room. Bathroom sink was dirty around the rim but overall, room and hotel were clean. Would like to see more day to day variety in breakfast. Same 5 entrees everyday. We had a longer stay and each day was the same thing. Got old.

Good.location

Our room was fine. The last La Quinta Inn we stayed at was much nicer in North Carolina. The free breakfast wasn't great. It was the same options each day and the eggs were runny. The pool seem to be in rough shape. Fence was broken in several locations with caution tape in its place. Hallways were very warm. Overall it was ok, but if I went back to Nashville I would pick a different hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good. The purpose for our stay was a pool. We asked at check in about the pool and we're told we could use it. Pool was in awful condition and hadn't been maintained. Second day pool was closed. We asked up front about the pool. If they would have told us about it in the beginning we would have went somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very professional. I would stay there again!

Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Second time staying here. Never disappointed. Staff is nice and accommodating. Property is always clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and quiet. Not much else my family and I could ask for.

One of the main reasons I chose this property was the swimming pool, but it was closed for remodeling. This was never mentioned on the website before booking, and I feel guests should be informed when major amenities are unavailable so they can make an informed decision. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and expected a much better experience for the price I paid.
