1. Overcharge — 2 nights I didn't stay My correct stay was 6/25–7/1 = 6 nights (6/25, 6/26, 6/27, 6/28, 6/29, 6/30), checking out 7/1 at 10am. Undisclosed parking fee charged to my personal card Home2 charged parking to my personal card as an “incidental” — $4.25 (incl. tax) × 6 nights = $25.50. It was so so bad they don’t hear if you ask for help or if you need anything they ignore you. I remember they don’t sweep our room give us towels if you request for it we sleep I room 4 people with 1 blanket it was so so bad I don’t like it . When it comes to breakfast they are so clean and they make good food

The stay was very good.We enjoyed the stay.

They are struggling with staffing it seems. Our room wasn't cleaned or restocked even after asking. Had to ask again the day it was supposed to be done and finally semi cleaned the next day but room was not restocked with all the items that it should have been. Maintenance seems to be poorly lacking, our toilet had a bad seal and waste water was literally leaking from behind toilet into wall and its obvious it been that way for a while.

Location They charge for parking and I did not have a car.

We arrived late and they are not prepared to ready for us to check in. Had to go four different rooms to make sure to find a room is clean. Found one and unfortunately no bathtub that I requested. I was not happy plus my kids. We had a long trip!

Check in process was a breeze. The room was clean and ready to go when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk agent was super friendly and helpful. A+

You are paying for a motel six quality and service at a Hilton price. I want a refund!!

Good place to stay

Hotel staff seemed pleasant. Hotel showed aging. Sofa in our room vert uncomfortable. Bedding didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was cold and not very appetizing.

Honestly always stay here and it’s usually great but this past visit the room cleaning got done once in 7 days I would call for towels. Toilet paper and it would be hours till I recieved some.

It’s a convenient area The 1 bedroom didn’t have a door minus and better breakfast for the value

Room was great. Plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have non slip strips in the tub as my husband has balance issues and could have easily slipped in the tub. Really surprised these were not installed in the tub as it was supposed to be an ADA room.

The room was very spacious. We have been to Home2 suites in a different state before that had limited breakfast options but this one met our expectations when it comes to the breakfast options. Great options!
