Property looked presentable. Refrigerator was broken. Had trouble getting out of the bed in the morning because my ass kept sticking to the rubber sheets.

Treated us as an inconvenience when checking in. Sorry we interrupted your video games we saw you playing behind the counter. Super uncomfortable stay. Terrible stench throughout the hotel. Obvious that people were smoking weed and potentially other substances in the rooms.

No breakfast offered.

Room was fine but being a long term type property you would think that the kitchen would have dishes/glasses/silverware/pans/coffee pot/coffee cups. Had nothing….not even disposable plastic water glasses for bathroom.

This was the best extended stay I have ever seen as far as cleanliness and decor. I was pleasantly surprised. No cigarette smell or nothing. When we arrived they had fresh baked bread there for the residents giving it away as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that it was near everything. My shower was a little broken likely due to the fact that it was not clear how to turn the shower on and likely loosened due to people trying to figure it out.

Enjoyed my stayed no issues no problems at all

Good location for our needs and was clean. No shower curtain, front desk pretty much non-existent.

You get what you pay for.. the property it self is in a decent location, not too far from everything.. comes with a full kitchenette. Front desk staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Only one small facial bar soap included in the bathroom, linen not replenished. The hallways smelt of cigarette smoke and dust. Can hear EVERYTHING through the walls.. at all times of the night/day. The clientele are a bit rough..

The property was OK. The staff was terrible very rude and disrespectful attempted to try and reach out to corporate. No one reached back feel like this very unprofessional and they don’t care what goes on with their customers will never ever book with them again. Misleading booking online. No pool!!! Staff rude and unhelpful. Rooms were not clean and our did not work.

Woodsprings staff are very rude. Doesn't matter the location especially this one. They no oven, Stove no pots . They don't have many wash rags or towels. If you book through Expedia, you may not get the room you want based on what the supervisor told me that works here now. The smoke alarm system goes off almost every other or night, It's hard to sleep. People talk outside of the rooms all day and in front. There are a lot of sick individuals around this property. My door had no lock have to end stay . Please fix. Management ASAP.
