Upon arrival informed that reservation is not good. Seen someone came in and fired the whole staff. We were SOL Had to stay at candlewood suites instead.

The staff was friendly the only issue I had was that my room got broken into while i was getting rdy for bed

It’s an extended stay, their are roaches outside, the staff is non existent past 11, and they initially placed me in a used room but offered a partial refund which was only 25% of the stay. Had I known that I would’ve demanded a full refund and chose somewhere else.

Our room was not ready it was dirty and didnt have pillows nor towels. Also, the bathtub didnt have a faucet. The phone there it looks like something was spilled years ago and it turned into a slime it was grosed

I booked a double queen room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were told they did not have any left. They offered us 2 singles for the same price. The 1st room was ok but the 2nd room had not been clean and there were dead bugs on the floor. When I reported it I was given another room. This room was bug free but the refrigerator did not work. There was a smell through out the entire hotel. It smelled like pet urine and Marijuana. There were dead bugs in all the hall ways.The next morning we decided not to stay the 2nd night and switch hotels. I was very disappointed has we had stayed there last year and it was pretty good.

Room was not prepared for stay. No towels, soap, pillow cases, blankets. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Night attendant was helpful in getting things needed.

I didn't have the chance to experience the room because when we got there, we were informed they didn't have a room for us. They said we had booked a room they didn't even have. We had to go find another hotel.

The room was very clean and the only disappointing thing was that there was no toaster. The staff were great and when I spoke to the manager about having to check out 2 days earlier than planned she said she'd refund me the extra days even though their policy is not to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a safe extended place to stay in the area.
