The staff was very nice and accommodating and I wish I could book longer stays with them but they stay booked up and obviously for a reason! It’s a little dated but the rooms are always clean. Nothing

The bulky table and tv dresser thing was also too big for the small king size bed room. The bathroom was definitely smaller than most but the room was clean and had no bugs. The bed was not comfortable but liked that it was clean.the TV kept going in and out of volume. Didn't really like the fact that when I was going to our room the door was wide open but all in all not the worst stay ever. Could definitely use a few upgrades but not bad for the piece.

Room held its temperature quite well with the HVAC unit installed in the unit and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent location as it was near downtown and very quiet. Doing a transaction through a little dinky window from the outside of the building is very unhandy and uncomfortable. Very unprofessional as well.

The freshly made beds and cleaning during the day The roach in the outlet in the bathroom but he felt like her needed to stay there, the air conditioning unit didn't work.

Unacceptable parking situation, rude staff, dirty bathroom
-
Definitely outdated. Fridge and tv didnt work. But water was hot, sheets were clean and staff was friendly. Worth the money just to sleep!

El peor hotel que visitado en mi vida

You have to stand outside to get service because they have the lobby doors locked, even during the day. I don't think that's necessary because Snyder is not that big, small town. I had to stand outside while it was sprinkling when I checked out. I left a lamp and the light in the restroom turned on in my room and when I came back the lights were turned off. I don't know if they went in when I was gone. I had to go ask for toilet paper because there was not extra in the restroom. They need more parking space.

I didn't bring a pet. I have to infer from the host's tone of voice when he asked if I had one but I didn't get the impression pets were welcome.

Rooms are quite run down, poor amenities- wifi/fridge didn’t work, tv sounds kept going up and down by itself, not a lot of light in the room but you get what you pay for. The town is very small and deserted, not many options around.
-
No electrical outlets available, even for tgeir own room floor/desk lamps. Frig wasn’t on and didn’t cool down hardly at all. Ice machine unplugged and inop.
