We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Calm and quiet place loved

I booked the hotel because I was in need of using the swimming pool but the pool was not up and running my whole time there. I had to go thlo the second floor for some ice which was an extra step I had to make. The front desk was very pleasant.

The room was very nice and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times

Stay was 3 nights. Toliet was loose and rocking on the floor. Told the front desk. Nothing was ever done about it. The 2nd day. No one came to give clean towels or clean the room until after 5pm! Not real happy with them!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton. Great staff and the property is very well maintained. Rooms are so nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Conveniently located to great dining and shopping.

Very dark. Bare minimum room set-up. Few spaces to place items as I unpacked. No shelf in bathroom. Closet bar too low to hang pants. Ironing board is table-top, but there’s no table to set it up. Also, it’s just a board covered in cloth, missing the usual cushioned top. Bottled water froze in fridge, even on door shelf. Bathroom sink clogged. Bed was very, very comfortable.

Overall very good experience. The staff both when we checked in and checked out were pleasant, professional, great at their job. The faciltiy itself was clean and welcoming, and spacious. Breakfast was good with enough options to feel satisfied. A good stay.

I have been here a few times but my last couple of stays have not been the most comfortable. We had to beg for towels to where I had my spouse and two children and they would not provide an extra four towels. The service is starting to be horrible.
