Clean facility, friendly staff. There was nothing negative about this

Well our shower was a problem. There was water on the floor (we had not used the shower), so we were not sure if the bathroom floor has been cleaned. Also what appeared to be just gunk in the tub. Anyway my husband would not let me use the shower until someone came in and made sure that it was ok to use. Since we were there for only 2 nights waiting to shower was a problem. Someone did come in to check out the problem. Otherwise it was ok. Worst coffee ever, that makes me very sad. Good coffee should not be difficult and it makes a huge difference to the morning! Otherwise we felt safe and the premises were taken care of. One more thing, a jug of water and glasses provided when coming and going would have been welcomed, should not have to pay for bottled water. Water is simply necessary.

The staff was amazing. So kind and understanding when we arrived after 10 pm having to leave a different hotel. The front desk staff was reassuring and so helpful. The breakfast was great both mornings. The room was perfect and stocked with lots of towels.

The hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great both days. Staff was friendly. Great stay for the 2 days I had to be there for a funeral.

Internet was slow and hard to have a Teams meeting.

With people staff knocking on doors to see if anyone was in the room really was not appreciated and phone call also. No staff around but the kitchens on when I wanted to check out at 5 am.
