My husband and I chose this location on a whim after a long leg of a road trip with two young children. Hampton Inn never disappoints. The hotel was exceptionally clean- The hallways smelled so good! Weird, but if you have ever experienced "musty" hallways then you will appreciate this. The ice machine was broken on our floor, but the front desk staff was extremely helpful in directing us to the next working location. The same staff at the front desk later gave us plates and plasticware for our room when she heard us talk about our delivery dinner plans. Of course, breakfast was perfection-happy children enjoying freshly made waffles, Mom and Dad enjoying coffee. N/a

breakfast standard for hotels. security in parking lot and lobby felt good. a yoga mat in the gym would be really nice. room 225 door did not close by itself. i had to push to make it latch.

The door to our room would stick so you had to really push with your body to open it and pull hard to close it. The bathroom towels were small and rough but everything else about the hotel was great. I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we stepped on the property, EVERYONE was helpful!! We didn't want a room on the 1st floor and the manager moved us WITHOUT question. Room was clean. Property is close and walked to the Falls. Make sure to include 2 adult breakfasts during your online reservations. Good restaurants nearby. PARKING FREE and on the Property. The pools were really nice. One pool inside and out. The jacuzzi WAS AMAZING!!! MUST COME BACK to this hotel.

We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back.
