Excellent personnel running the hotel, very informative. Rooms were very clean with internet access available. Cooking essentials were available. Nice breakfast variety from 6-10am.

It was an amazing stay. We were only there for the night, but it would be great for longer stays due to the kitchen. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool was nice and breakfast was delicious.

All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel.

Breakfast had many choices but too many of the items were loaded with fat and sugar. For example, they had only fruited yogurt, not plain. Scrambled eggs were very salty.

The hotel wasn’t horrible, but there were some issues I’d address if I were them. One is the elevators. The noises they make when in use are asking for panic. Another is the shower pressure, water pressure in general actually. Between that & the shower drain taking a shower was not soothing like most hotel showers are. There was 0 soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. This didn’t affect me as I brought my own, but it did my girlfriend. Also, chasing down trash bags for the room was not on my bucket list. That’s just little things tho! The staff were very kind & tried to greet us every time we entered or exited the building! Loved that part.

The room was fine. We weren't in the room for long other than to sleep. There was no ice bucket which was odd. We almost checked out a day early but the very kind lady at the front desk followed us to the parking lot to remind us we had another night. So thankful for her.

This is my favorite place to stay in the Cleveland area. I find that the staff are absolutely wonderful and it is a clean and safe place to stay while being close to Cleveland. The breakfast is very good too!

We only live an hour away but wanted to get away for the weekend so we booked our stay at the Town Place Suites. Our room for the most part was clean except I am not a slipper person, but had to use them here as my feet were very dirty when I got in the shower from the floors, other than that there were no issues with cleanliness. I could not figure out how to open the dishwasher and there were no instructions about the random switches that were on the front of the kitchenette cabinets, I figured out two of them but did not know what the other two were for. It was a nice room and we really enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again for a quick get away.
