Overall, what was expected. The rooms were nice and clean. The showers were great overall great experience.

This is the second time we have chosen to stay here. Downtown Cleveland is very expensive and we only needed to stay one night to go a Guardians game. Staff was great and rooms are clean.

Fire alarm(drill) at 6:30am on a Thursday. They don't refresh your room daily unless requested.

Well it was shocking to be awakened last night around 1130 pm with a man and a backpack entering my room Then after calling down to desk to get a call back to ask what was my last name Being concerned of being locked out i dressed and went to desk

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and larger than expected. We had a great stay!!

Good location I arrived on a Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning reported that my coffee machine in my room did not work. They said they would take care of it. When I returned at 6:30 at night, not only had my room not been made up my coffee machine had not been replaced either. The room was dirty breakfast at 9 o’clock was virtually desiccated and most of the things available had run out. I had the same experience on Sunday morning at 8 o’clock. I would not stay here again and was very disappointed that something that had the name Hilton in the title could be this bad. For what I paid to stay here I’ve stayed for half that price to stay other places and it was much better.

The room was beautiful, we even slept on the pull out bed which was brand new! It still had the plastic on the mattress. The kitchen was perfect as well as the bathroom. Towards the night we went for a swim in the pool which was a really nice area, really clean pool / pool area.

The room was home away from home. Will definitely be starting at the Homewood Suites by Hilton on our future visits to Ohio. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.

The internet and tv was out during my entire stay which was a huge inconvenience as I needed the WiFi for work and the convenience of a working television.

Check in is at 3pm. I arrived at 230pm to check in but had to wait until 345pm.

I just wish the pool was heated. The pool was too cold but anything else everything was nice.
