Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. I was a little disappointed that the pool was under construction, but at least they gave us access to the YMCA as a solution.

The staff was excellent. The hallways on floor 8 was terrible the carpet was rippled that could cause a trip hazard. The room was ok ,nice and comfortable. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door . They didnt have the pool open said ther renovating it.which sucked. There was a advertisement that said they had shuttle service for the ACDC Concert free there and back ,but they didnt, so we had to take a cab at $20 per person so there were three of us and we walked 2 miles back afterwards. You have to pay for your own breakfast. I spent alot of money that one night , 1500 for 3 tickets to concert, hotel room and cab. The staff was beyond helpful and nice , the cab they suggested was excellent just expensive. Overall I would stay there again .

Very odd hotel for Marriott. Rooms are on the 8-17 floors parking on 4th and 5th floors. Doesn’t give a safe vibe for single travelers. Elevator was extremely noisy room was very warm. Bar staff were very friendly.New employee at the check in took long time to check in…room was clean.

We stayed here for the first time. I mentioned it was our 20th wedding anniversary, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. They were all so friendly and happy to be working there. Great room, great view of SB, and modern. I will be back again! :)

Unexpected upgrade, friendly service, breathtaking views from our room. We couldn't have been happier with it. We'd come back to South Bend just to stay here, no occasion needed.

The place was well kept up. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful convenient to nice restaurants. Woman at desk told us which was her favorite. We went there and it was absolutely great
