Clean, quiet hotel in downtown South Bend.

The whole experience at the facility was disappointed!!! With not having parking garage, only cashless, no breakfast, money on card for amenities. Nothing of the sort was told any of it! Was given a handicap room; we needed a bath tub! Would never have expected not to have one as well. No info on food places or anything. No extra toilet paper to use & no extra in room. My paperwork was worded wrong. Was not told info on bus info to get to & from game. Not right to run a business day in and day out each day, plus! I would have never even expected the hotel not to have a parking garage; I never have heard of such a thing. Pool wasn’t open long & nor time from getting out of game to getting back to even use. I’ve been asked where to stay & my experience of the facility & how the experience was and the outcome isn’t good at all; especially for the money I paid to stay there. So disappointed!!! And we needed & wanted a tub in our bathroom! I would have never expected not to have one nor ask; that has never been an issue at all anywhere I’ve ever stayed in any state and or area as well. The front desk people ( ladies ) need to be more respectful & courteous & helpful & more work attentive!!! Rude, not helpful with the stay all in general!!!! Barely any toilet paper in room when arrived. No extra was in room as well. At this point I would not recommend your facility to anyone nor would I pay to stay there again! As much as it cost it was extremely disappointing to say the least.

Location was very good. Walkable to many things in the downtown area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. Starbucks coffee on site. Our shower pressure was not very good at all. The water temperature would also only get to a very warm temperature. I like a nice HOT shower and it certainly wasn’t.

We were very pleased with our visit! Very clean and the staff very helpful .

Everything was good for the most part but good we had 4 rooms and they couldn’t get the key cards programmed correctly (wrong cards designated to the wrong room)it took three different times to get it straightened out and the pool was closed. Otherwise everything else was good.

Staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I paid for a suite and was placed in a regular room.

Staff careless, gave me a room less than what I paid for. I paid extra for sofa, non-handicapped bathroom. Gave me handicapped, no sofa looking out over an alley into dumpsters

Nice large clean room in downtown area.

A bit old and limited in services

Great location downtown. Easily walk to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms with comfortable bed and bedding.

Everything wa great

The property was super clean, the staff was great the only negative was the food service. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich at around 8 pm at a time where there were an only a handful of folks around waiting for their food. My food arrived maybe 45 months after ordering and consited of a chicken patty on a sad bum. No lettuce or tomato just a sad chicken patty. Totally unacceptable for the price paid.

Close to campus

Clean room, comfy bed and helpful staff. The hotel has valet parking, but free overnight parking on the street.
