La Palma Motel - South Gate - LA area

Got there for the front desk guy to tell us they don’t have any rooms with 2 beds. Which was a lie because there was a room door open that had two beds in it that we could see. When I showed him my reservation he stated my hotels.com reservation was a scam because they don’t have two bed rooms. Then hotels.com tried to call and he would not answer the phone. Luckily hotels.com was able to upgrade us to a really nice stay at the Park West Casino.

My family and I had a nice stay here at La Palma. The rooms were nice and clean, it had microwave and fridge which came in handy. Also, the area was quiet and felt safe. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Room was actually clean Got no help at all when homeless got into my room I had to leave the place cuz office workers didn’t bother to help I called police n they said there no help at all

They denied my stay

I didn't really like anything. I was only booking this location cause it was close to a place I had to go. The Indian male clerk was extremely rude and have a nasty unruly attitude. The Indian male was very unpleasant and gave intentionally rude and lousy service and rotten attitude. Definitely had horrendous time and experience. First and last visit. Its good place for people like bad attitudes and problems I don't.

Price was great and fast smooth check in Bed's were a bit stiff floors were not mopped and towels were washed but had some stains

I didn't like anything about it the person in charge was very rude and disrespectful and wasn't really trying to help me out The person in charge was not trying to help me he was just being disrespectful.

I liked the rooms, I had space and clean. I liked the attention they give you. ?? Two things that can improve in the future is the parking, there is not much space, when I bathe the water, it smelled a little bad.

It was acceptable No toothbrushes, toilet paper was folded and water stamped on from faucet to appear nice.. mattress was a bit hard, could feel springs

But they actually like it's a hotel it's just a motel filled with crackheads can't get normal sleep half the time. Very difficult parking
