The bed was super soft and comfortable. The shower was also amazing. I was locked out of my room after arriving back at around 2 am after a concert and when I arrived they announced the pool was under construction even though in the app it didn't show that. Was sad about that since I was excited to use it.

Parking was included, it also was in between the rooms and there was a swimming pool. That it advertises Breakfast and they only offer not good coffee, and granola bars.

The property was clean, the staff was great and was quiet during the night. Beds were comfortable as well. It was sad that the pool was not open, but we really were not at the hotel much anyways. Very roomy interior and well maintained for the age of the hotel. The landscape was very pleasing and beautiful. I would stay at this hotel again whenever I visit LA in the future.

Why would this property require $200 deposit, there were silverfish in the tub, blood spots on the bathroom door and spider webs with dust on the corner of the AC unit

No habían toallas, las camas son incómodas el lavamanos estaba tapado y se hiba lento el agua, las camas de abajo estaban sucias muy manchadas, no volveré a hospedarme aquí

Room was descent and clean. The AC unit was a bit loud the front desk staff is somewhat friendly.

The staff was very kind. My "suite" was missing many amenities that were advertised. It was missing a coffee machine and supplies in the room, night stands and lamps were also missing. The "light breakfast" was black coffee with powdered creamer and a breakfast bar (only one flavor available). There were noises throughout the night that sounded like pipe banging for about an hour at midnight and the AC unit didn't work for a good 5 hours during the night.
