The staff was very kind. My "suite" was missing many amenities that were advertised. It was missing a coffee machine and supplies in the room, night stands and lamps were also missing. The "light breakfast" was black coffee with powdered creamer and a breakfast bar (only one flavor available). There were noises throughout the night that sounded like pipe banging for about an hour at midnight and the AC unit didn't work for a good 5 hours during the night.

1st n last time! No! Check out at 11:00, i put do not disturb to door, but 9:30 housekeeping knocking my door, and talking so loud!

The location is perfect. The floors are wood floors. Will our feet were getting dirty from walking on what looked like a clean floor. The shower had perfect pressure but had some small amounts of what looked like black mold.

The rooms were really clean, property was clean but when it came to the pool it was not well maintained. The pool needed to be scrubbed, had lots of rocks at the bottom of the pool, also was looking forward to using the hot tube when I booked the hotel and it was closed. So that was a bummer!

Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Even target and “El Super” If your LA activities are going to be in that area this hotel is a good option. We stay there every time we visit the family.

Place is nice, clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Hector was awesome! he answered all of my questions and doubts. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
