The AC was a definite plus. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. The TV had some issues with the HDMI ports, but they were still functional.

The check in was bad, the front desk person was impatient and I do not mind Kurt when places are busy but I was the only person checking in. The key did not work at first and had to go back down o get it programmed. Corners of room had dirt, dust and hair. The edges of the base board are filthy and so are the edges of the trim on the walls.

Maggie, Trina (managers) and the rest of the staff were phenomenally amazing. I was granted a blessing that was needed for my time staying at the hotel and they delivered. Their kindness will always be remembered. I really can’t thank them enough. If you stay here for an extended period of time (max is 3 days) I can 100% guarantee that your experience will be worth while. The cleaning staff is on point too. I didn’t go

The rooms were clean, and had a good night sleep. It was quiet, so was not awaken with mound noise. The towels were clean, but the floor towel for the shower was stained. Everything else was clean

We don’t like the service The bed was duty. Bathroom sink and tube clogged. The bed mattress make crack noise can feel the springs moving. Horrible night

Everything was great, clean and staff was very accommodating. Had to get cash for the deposit, had some blackouts, that affected their system. But the female was very understanding, yes I was upset but she was very nice.
